Terrible experience. If you like paying an arm and a leg for literal garbage this is the place to go. Everything is so expensive, and just not good! I would highly recommend getting your “grocery snacks” elsewhere…

Double check the posted prices with what is rung up (which is hard to do when you are not provided an itemized receipt when signing).I was overcharged $3-$4 dollars on the total $30 order and let it slide, but I won’t go there again.I saw my large iced Americano black was rung up as $8.75 and should have been $7.25. I let it go, because there was a line and I did not wanting to look petty.Got my coffee and other items and further reviewed the posted prices and should have totaled $25-26 with tax. (That means my other drink was also marked up at least $1.50 as well.)My impression/opinion is that the overcharges were deliberate and are the basis for this low review.FYI iced beverages cost more than hot for the same item.Nice place otherwise, nice selection, the barista that made the coffee was pleasant and smiling… but keep an eye on the register clerk.

A women who worked there almost gave our candy for free because I forgot I had a ten in my pocket. Great customer service

This is a great place located in the lobby of the hotel. Every time I stay here I visit them at minimum 2 times during my stay for coffee or a snack. Love that they are open late and the breakfast and coffees are always on point.

LOVE LOVE LOVE fuel’s iced white mocha w whipped cream on top and all of their convenient breakfast options, super helpful before a busy day at the parks and would recommend as they have tons of options other than just breakfast, so whether u r craving champagne or a cocktail or a parfait you’re in the right spot (NOT sponsored, just a fan!)

I ordered a latte and got a mocha. It was $8 for small and was not good. It was ridiculous that this cafe was more expensive than the theme park cafes. Will never go there again.

Fuel is a mini Starbucks and convenience store for the Dolphin hotel. It is convenient to have before a park visit but lines in the morning are quite long. It offers a variety of coffee, drinks and quick sandwiches. Service here was fine but not crazy fast like a real Starbucks. The ambiance of this convenience store and coffee shop is open, warm and spacious. It's good to have nearby but not too helpful when lines are very long with 25 people in line with one cashier.

Great for a hotel canteen. Has a wide array of snack and drink options. Low reviews are Karens.

I like the coffee. There are high top tables inside and cafe tables outside to relax. Nice selection of sandwiches and snacks.

Fuel opens early, is efficiently staffed and has a great variety, especially for a quick breakfast before hitting the parks.

Absolutely the worst pizza we’ve ever had. Tried both Pep and Cheese. Threw it away after two slices.

Worst customer service We order 3 drinks and waited patiently for 15 minutes for things like hot cocoa. We watch has staff were laughing and giggling including the manager. We asked about order from the cashier and said oh they didn't make it yet. We wait 30 minutes for drinks that make 30 seconds to make. No apologies just horrible customer service

Coffee shop in the Lobby of the Dolphin Hotel. Suffice to say, it served its purpose. Staff was friendly enough & my Americano was made appropriately. Pricing is a whole different story though!

So let's talk about this place LaCkLuster would be an understatement! Overpriced food like 6-dollar uncrustables served by people who speak under their breath/don't annunciate and get mad at you when you don't understand what they are saying unless it's them yelling “next guest in line”. Marriott Brands you can do better. The nerds usually like to write positive reviews but we simply can't for this place.
