The pizza here was fantastic. I recommend it you want Great Pizza and 10/10 for me and my friends.

I'm from Chicago so it's nice not to have to drive the 25hrs for my pizza.. in comparison the Orlando stores taste just as good as the Chicago ones.

The food /pizza was good and atmosphere was great and clean. But service is really slow! Once we were seated it took like 15-20mins to get a server and order drinks and appetizers. once our drinks and appetizers arrived the server (Edita) disappeared. We finished the appetizer and sat there for a long time waiting for her to come back so we could order our food. Knowing the pizza takes 35-40mins to cook we went to a manager for help. It was father's day but the place was not even half way full. Don't think we will come back.

I am from Chicago and have been a customer of Giordano’s for a long time. Our family is visiting Orlando and we were happy to see that Giordano’s was located less than a mile from the resort we are staying at. I placed an order and was informed it would be a hour and a half, after two hours a call was laced to check the status of my order. I was informed that there was a problem and that I had one of three choices, I could cancel the order, I could renew the order and it would be another hour or I could pick up my pizza personally (not possible as I did not have a car available). TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

We came to eat the gluten free pizza it was amazing lots of toppings the sauce was amazing perfectly cooked and our server Alyssa was amazing and told us to come back to dry their gluten free pasta, so we did can’t wait to enjoy it.
The Meat and more Meat pizza is fantastic. Very tasty. 1 12" pizza serves 4 people well

The pizzas maintained their consistently high standard of quality. We arrived forty-five minutes prior to closing time and placed an order for five pizzas. The kitchen staff promptly fulfilled our order without any complications, and the pizzas were as delicious as we have come to expect. The only issue we encountered was that one of the restrooms was undergoing renovations.

Came to Giordano's for a taste of deep dish pizza and the pie was fantastic! I ordered a Chicken Sausage deep dish with artichoke and garlic, and the flavors mixed really well along with the sauce and great crust. Dre was our server and made sure to check on us constantly while we waited for the pizza. He was very attentive to our order (didn't even write it down and got it right) and he was also nice and funny. I highly recommend having pizza here if you've never had Giordano's before.

Giordano’s Pizza is not a 5 star or even a 4.2. It's been a while since our last visit, and it's definitely not the same. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The pizza was terrible! ? The service from Williams only made it worse. Overall, it wasn't worth the price or the time. I recommend looking elsewhere. We give them Zero 0️⃣ Stars if we could.
