Grayson was fantastic. Very helpful and welcoming to our first time back in Disney in a while! Coffee and donuts were fabulous. Thank you! Give Grayson a raise so him and his wife can go to Epcot again :)

Stopped here to grab their pumpkin spice, espresso, martini, and get some Joffreys coffee beans.

The employees weren’t overly friendly, but the pumpkin spice espresso martini was one of the best I ever had. I just wished I wouldn’t have gotten the whipped cream on top is that felt like it was over half of the drink. The drink was small for the price.

Ordered two pumpkin spice cold brews and they both tasted like straight water. 15 plus $3 tip straight to the trash.

My husband and I both got a spiked drink. I did a pumpkin espresso martini and he did the tea breeze. Both were a double. They are not skimpy on the pours either. Make sure you have food in your stomach before attempting wither drink. We continued to talk about both drinks for days and how great they were.

We visited today at 11:00 AM. We were very disappointed in the lack of customer service and apparent unavailability of multiple drink selections. The woman that was working the counter was very rude and responded “No” upon requests for lids. Strangely terrible service

Quick service snack doesnt actually work here even though its advertised at their stand. Manager has no clue what to do when there is supposedly a system outtage. Looked clueless and was no help.

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company at Disney Springs is a great spot to grab a quality coffee during your visit. I tried the espresso, and it was rich, smooth, and full of flavor, definitely worth stopping for. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it a nice break from walking around the area. A solid option for coffee lovers.

Never had better service at a coffee place than Rileigh and Maria. So young so vibrant. The coffee was great and the servers made it a complete experience

Best coffee at Disney World. Frozen Cappuccino Dream!

The coffee was delicious! I got a foolish mocha drink . However when I had first asked about the drinks the man at the counter didn’t seem to know what “Halloween fall drinks” they had besides pumpkin. Neither did the other employee next to him. I had looked on the screen behind him to find out about the mocha drink. Then he decided to tell me that he didn’t think of that as Halloween …. Maybe they were both new I’m not sure. They both just seemed very confused by drinks and no one seemed like they wanted to be there. Thanks for the coffee but the experience was not great customer service.

I enjoyed my visit to Joffrey's coffee at Disney Springs I had the frozen cappuccino dream it was delicious and also I bought a bag of coffee granules and its got a lovely picture of Mickey Mouse on the packaging and made a coffee when I got home. Joffrey's coffee is the best coffee in the world. I'll definitely visit joffrey's coffee in Disney Springs again.
