I enjoyed my visit to Joffrey's coffee at Disney Springs I had the frozen cappuccino dream it was delicious and also I bought a bag of coffee granules and its got a lovely picture of Mickey Mouse on the packaging and made a coffee when I got home. Joffrey's coffee is the best coffee in the world. I'll definitely visit joffrey's coffee in Disney Springs again.

Joffrey’s Coffee is the essential Disney coffee shop located it Disney Springs. They have all different Disney flavors!
I would recommend the Kona blend as a great choice

Why does this location suck now? They pulled most of the menu. The staff doesn't allow any customization at all. The menu boards are constantly cycling ads, so when I got to the front of the line and they refused to make the drink I wanted, I was stranded with no way to figure out something else other than have the barista list syrups. I'm not paying disney prices to be treated like I'm a thief for wanting a latté. Should have got affogato next door. This used to be my favorite location.

The staff were bunch of kids huddled together behind the counter with extremely bored and annoyed expressions. I tried to engage them but they all just stared at us with a judging look and when I asked what their cold brew comes with, they seemed so done and we had to drag help from them…hello? We are willing to pay for this coffee and you’re wanting to shut the ordering process down…we walked out fuming but held it in. Truly the worst customer service. Coffee itself was ok. Won’t be returning there nor recommending their product again 🫩🤮

The coffee tastes like water. It was very hard to find decent coffee in Disney. You basically have to find A Starbucks. Of course the kids working there are nice but crappy coffee 🤷🏻‍♀️

I actually prefer Joffrey's over Starbucks (and I'm not sorry about that). The coffee here is usually pretty good, but what knocks them a star is the customer experience. The people in there aren't usually very welcoming and sometimes act like you're a bother to them for figuring out what you want (even if you're standing away from where the line is). I know a lot of the places at Springs are not Disney Cast Members, however I do wish they at least smiled or welcomed you when you came in

That coffee is horrible. I absolutely love Disney we go all the time. Finding a Starbucks is impossible.

The cashier/barista was rude and dismissive. This is definitely not an experience people want on vacation. She didn't bother to acknowledge our standing waiting for our order to be taken as she counted money or did something other than assist customers. Once she turn her attention to us, it was with an attitude. They have the nerve to want a tip added. 🙄
