We stopped by John T's for a cocktail and dessert. We sat at the bar. The service was amazing, and the cocktails were delicious. We split a dessert that was rich and hit the spot. The bar/lounge is "open", but it felt cozy due to the lighting and just enough separation.
I stayed in this hotel for a week. I spent all of my evenings in John T's. I was greeted by name every night after the first night. Rachael, Jackie, Jose, Lauren, Caroline, and Paula were fantastic the entire time. I enjoyed my time here just as much as the Disney parks. Truly great place with great people running it.
Sat in for dinner one night, and ordered some take out to bring back to my room a second night. The food is overall very solid, but they seem generally busy so getting food takes 20-30 minutes and the waiter's attention is split between too many tables.
