Got take out. Poor service and couldn’t even eat half of our 4 orders of sashimi. Rolls are small and not worth it. Very disappointing as we have been coming here for

i have been coming here since i was little i was finally of age and was able to stay in orlando with my friends alone. decided to relive a childhood memory and was majorly dissapointed. i practiced with a hairbrush for the karaoke for there to be a 11pm curfew if under 21 (they didn't ask for my age or ID and assumed and took my name off the karaoke list allowing me only 1 song). when i used to come there used to be a lot more people and a much bigger crowd for a spring break crowd it was weak sad and pathetic. i had planned on staying until 2 am like the website says singing my heart out with my friends and the other drunk 20 something year olds and older people. really dissatisfied. only getting 2 stars because the food was decent but small portions.

What an amazing place. First you walk in and the staff treats you like family. Food is amazing and vibrant. They do karaoke every night from 9:30 until 12:00AM. The service is what keeps me going back.

We ordered shrimp and soft shell crab which was very good. The first server we got was very rude. She threw our forks on the table and walk off while I was still telling her what we need. Second server was nicer. The restaurant needs a little updating. I will return but only take out no need to get unpleasant service.

The food and service were fantastic, and the Karaoke was a treat late in the evening with a bunch of fun loving business people from a conference.

The salad was delicious. It was light and not greasy, just to my taste, and the udon and miso soup were also good.

Our initial encounter at Kimonos presented challenges, as we observed a lack of a welcoming presence upon entering the restaurant. Guests found themselves uncertain about whether to seat themselves or await guidance, resulting in a somewhat awkward experience. This observation was consistent among all patrons during our visit.Regrettably, the quality of the karaage chicken fell short of expectations, described as "fatty" and "chewy." Subsequent servings of signature sushi rolls and nigiri were noted for their lack of flavor or even an off-putting taste, suggestive of spoilage. In essence, the culinary experience left much to be desired.Despite these shortcomings, it is noteworthy to commend the service provided. The staff demonstrated promptness, friendliness, and attentiveness throughout, serving as a redeeming aspect that prevented a one-star rating. In conclusion, while the service was commendable, the overall culinary experience at Kimonos may not meet the discerning expectations of patrons. Consequently, exploring alternative dining options within the Dolphin and Swan Hotel is advised.

The experience was super pleasant, the waitresses who served us were very attentive, the manager was very attentive to everything. The guys who prepare the sushi are super professional and fun, very kind and really all the food is very delicious. You can definitely see why they say it is the best place to eat sushi in Orlando. The spectacular sashimi of everything I ate left me enchanted by the freshness. and the good flavors, the octopus is really good...I congratulate you for the excellent gastronomic work you do there and it is well worth going.

Really bad restaurant highly disappointed, they never make your food unlit you don't want eat anything and the servants looks like they are the customer and always do the slow service (average 20+mins to do one thing the customer let them do) we stay there for 45 min only get two appetizers and the servants told us need to do the things one by one don't rush take a rest what the hell it is the restaurant not even worth one star . Don't go this horrible place.

The food was good but the chicken was a little too spicy and salty but the price was ok .The staff were helpful and we got seated right away. My only concern was that we waited a little longer than expected. I would recommend this place if you want to have a sushi dinner at dolphin or swan resort .

This is the weakest restaurant of all the ones we tried while staying at Swan Reserve. If you have transportation, no need to abuse yourself with expensive and tasteless food. It does not represent Disney well. I have better sushi rolls from Whole Foods or even Krogers. The kalbi ribs were under cooked with the meat still attached to the bones; when you bite into it, liquid just oozed out. We couldn't eat it. The place is noisy, slow service, and tables are too close to each other and ours were sticky, yikes .... Good luck.
