Humberto was an amazing host. This experience gives you the option to taste 5 tequilas and 1 mezcal. You learn the art of tequila tasting as well as the process for production. They have specialty items only available/made exclusively for Disney. Excellent experience. Worth the price! Plus, it comes with a pin that gives you access to specialty cocktails at other locations!

Waited over 2 hours between being seated and getting our food. We were told 15 minutes and waited about 1 hour before being seated. Then another hour for our food to arrive. Food was dry and flavorless

After hearing rave reviews about this place I was so excited to try it but honestly I thought the drinks were just okay. We got a variety to try, the coffee drink, the old fashioned, and the avocado drinks and eh? The flavors just were not there. We also got the chips and dip and those were great. Our service was top notch amazing. Do the La Cava experience instead!
Absolutely fantastic today with Humberto! Attend this only if you are a prospective “Tequila Master”
This is a fantastic tequila tasting experience held in the Mexico pavilion. This is much more than just a typical flight of tequila, though. This is education. We've done it twice, and both times we've learned so much. Each time, we had 5 full tequila pours and a mezcal pour, but there were no repeats and the choices were excellent.
Humberto is an excellent and skilled tequila ambassador, guiding us through tasting exercises to get the most out of the tequila. It's a tasting exercise, history lesson and sociology course all in one.
A caveat: you'll get chips and guacamole but it's not enough to be lunch. I'd eat some real food before you go. You'll also get a bonus margarita to go!
Yes, it's very expensive, and that's on top of your ticket to Epcot. Yes, there's a cancelation fee (make sure you read alllll of the terms and conditions before buying a ticket). But I recommend it wholeheartedly. My partner is a member of the scotch malt whiskey society and says that this experience is on par with their tastings.

This tequila bar provides the perfect setting for experiencing an extensive selection of tequila and other drinks, as well as a small menu of largely snack-style options for food that will fit all budgets. The line can get long so plan on arriving early. The drinks look fantastic, but consumers should be wary of the potentially misleading photos that are used to showcase them since they may not accurately depict the sizes or looks. Make sure to ask what you're actually receiving if you want to order a specialty drink or one that comes with items to take with you. Agave Haven is still a fun place for tequila lovers looking for an enjoyable experience, even with this setback. We will definitely be returning.
Drinks are great. Service is friendly and genuine. Great place to unwind and relax. When you go inside and see the line halfway down the room, request a table and bye pass the line and sit down and relax.
We absolutely love this place. We wanted to grab a seat for a drink and snack and it was so good. Anytime someone can get you to spend $25 for chips and dips, you have to give them kudos. Loved every bite. The blood orange margaritas hit the spot too. Great service and atmosphere.
This was one of the few disappointments I had at WDW in all of the parks. We were there at an uncrowded time and yet there was no place to go -- very small, I felt like a sardine. I think the small line to get in could have had a better traffic pattern. No tables available they said but it was hard to see the area. Are they like other restaurants that if you don't have a reservation through the Disney app, they won't seat you? There were a few people in line getting drinks to go. We got margaritas and walked around the park. Drinks were just average, nothing special. I'd like to go back to Epcot but this would not be on my list.
La Cava del Tequila is one of the best places in Epcot by far. The bar is fairly small overall and it's located inside the large pyramid in the Mexico pavilion. It's pretty hard to get a table inside, so if you're looking to do that, definitely come here as soon as the World Showcase opens up. If you're just looking for drinks you can go through a separate line to the bar and it moves pretty fast. The cocktails here are amazing and we come here every time we're at Epcot. My favorite by far is he avocado margarita and I can't get anything else here since it's just so creamy and tasty. They have lots of cocktails and tequilas and they have tequila flights too if you'd like to try a few. It's a great place overall and one you have to visit!

It sounds gross, but it’s delicious…….get the avocado margarita. Several employees at other places had told me about it. I was hesitant but with that many recommendations, it had to be good…and it was!!! The blood orange is also yum yum yum!!!!! We went twice:)
Our first visit was good, the barman said he could make one of the cocktails without the syrup. This was the El Diablo - it was really nice! We went back another day to get it again and the barman (a different one) said it wasn't possible to make it without syrup and insisted that I hadn't been able to get it before. This left a bad taste in my mouth and would put me off visiting again.
This used to be our favorite spot in Epcot. The Casa Dagrones Top Shelf Margarita was $24 but worth every penny. The bartenders used to make the margarita from scratch. We went two weeks ago and they poured it out of a jug. I was told they no longer carry the Casa Dagrones and they make the margaritas in batches offsite. It was still $24 but the margarita was watered down from sitting all day and they pour it in a much smaller glass. If you are going to get a premade margarita you might as well get it from the stand outside. We will not be going back until they start making them from scratch again.
Finally got to visit here. Always wanted to but the line was always crazy. It’s really small inside, so now I understand. I heard the bartenders here are top notch, but the bartender I got didn’t seem happy at all. I ordered the flight and expected to be told about them. He gave me the flight and that was the extent of it. On the plus size the tequila is great.
I used to love coming to cava del tequila until Jose, the bartender, attended to us twice. Both uncomfortable visits. The first time he ignored my husband and myself until the hostess had to tell him something... twice. Then was extremely rude and argued which tequila would be best for our drinks. Now, the second time, he got our drinks wrong and made me so uncomfortable once again. We love Epcot so much and this was always highlight until now. I guess we either ask for a new bartender or wait until indoor seating is open to not have to deal with him.
