Rainforest Cafe

Poor management! Put us party of 12 on 4 tables! Management did not seem to care at all! I hope the food is good!!

recently visited Orlando and took the opportunity to bring my daughter to Rainforest Cafe, as she is a big fan of dinosaurs and marine life. I thought it would be a great choice. We had made a reservation, but when we arrived, the food was disappointing and the service was not up to expectations. Plates were never cleared from our table, and when they came to sing happy birthday to my daughter, the table was still cluttered, making it difficult for her to enjoy the moment. I had to clear the table myself. Right after singing, they brought us the check even though we had just received the dessert and hadn’t even started enjoying it yet. It was very disappointing and not the experience I was hoping for. I would not recommend it. Additionally, I realized later that I had left my American Express card at the restaurant. Despite having my phone number, no one contacted me to inform me. Overall, it was not an experience I would want to repeat.

Amazing customer service and food. Music was not so loud, and food came fast.

Parking: Lime Garage is closest to Rainforest Cafe.
