Food was really good (only negative was that the food could have been warmer). There was a guy on the next table laughing very loudly throughout his meal. We were served by Paul R. He was awesome and really looked after us. Cocktails were well mixed. Nice to see Beolab 8 speakers throughout. IYKYK.

We enjoyed our breakfast at the Hilton Letterpress. One suggestion to them is to add several more “regular” style toasters and we recommend those dining to toast your bread/bagel BEFORE visiting the buffet so your food is hot when you sit to enjoy. Other than that, it was a wonderful breakfast!

We went for Thanksgiving Dinner. The food was very good. The portions were large and filling. The stuffing was baked in muffin tins and it was moist, the cranberry sauce was served in a baked apple. The turkey breast wasn't dry and the yams were amazing. My kid even ate the brussel sprouts. The Chef Alicia came to greet us at the table as well as the manager. It was a lovely experience.

Truly one of the BEST breakfast Buffets near Disney Springs with a beautiful view while eating! The food selections are plentiful and they had an Outstanding Omelette duo! Hakim was a very attentive and focused waiter! Thank You!

Everything was great. They had everything you could want for a brunch. Only issue is that our seating was nearly 30 minutes after our reservation time. The reason was a shortage of staff - a server just to get our drinks.

Went in there for the ribeye, ask for medium well… It came out burnt manager was amazing. Sent me a new one, that came out the same super cook and super hard.

The food and service here was spectacular! We were a party of 7 and everyone had fantastic meals! The service was amazing! Not your typical hotel food it was equivalent to a 5 star resort. Large portions and great selection.
Quickly to a table at reservation time, food came out in a reasonable amount of time server was able to accommodate my wish wishes. Overall great experience.

We waited 30 minutes for the drinks, 40 minutes for the food, and then another 30 minutes for the check. The service was terrible. I ordered a burger — the food was garbage.

William, our server was very attentive. We ordered the Salmon and NY Strip. The Salmon came out undercooked and still pink in the middle, we informed William and he immediately apologized and took the plate back. Not even a minute later the FB Director came to our table and apologized and ensured that they are disappointed in the quality and will bring a new Salmon. The FB Director then walked the new salmon to our table, waited for my girlfriend to cut into it and approve and it was delicious. They even got us a dessert on the house. While mistakes and human error will always happen it was very nice to see the steps the team followed to ensure they made up for the slight inconvenience. A job well done and thank you for a great dinner!

We visited on 9/5/25 for dinner. Hector was a wonderful waiter. I accidentally spilled my butternut squash ravioli on my husband and he noticed right away and came by with some club soda to try to help to get the stain out. I also have a deadly seafood allergy and they were very accommodating. Our hostess was also very welcoming! A hidden gem.
