We were in the mood for Italian. Hostess at Terralina took our reservation and we continued to enjoy shopping as the short 20 min wait counted down. We were seated inside, as it was pretty muggy outside. Our view was of the lake and we enjoyed the watching the flames of the volcano (Rain Forrest cafe) across the lake as we ate. Food was very good. All three of us had different entrees and all were very good. Our waiter Ryan was very attentive and entertaining too. He consulted the bartender to answer my craft beer question. We shared a tiramisu - delicious. I would recommend this restaurant and look forward to eating there again.

Another overrated restaurant at Disney Springs. Although the service was quite good, the food was not. I ordered the Pork Gnocchi. The tomato sauce was quite acidic and not very flavorful. I received equally concerning comments from other family members on their choices And of course, the "experience" came with the Disney price tag. Not sure I will dine at Disney Springs again. This was the last of a series of poor meals and I think I have learned my lesson.

We went here last week. Afte a 4 hour plane delay, rain and long lines at Animal Kingdom, a great dinner was needed. Brianna K delivered just that. My son has gluten sensitivities and she went above and beyond what a good waitress does. She took her time and explained all of our options for him. She even brought him out his own gf bread with our table bread. We can’t thank her enough. Anyone with gf sensitivity or allergies knows what a hardship it can be. Atmosphere was terrific and iur food was too. A customet whenever we go back to Disney for sure. Thank you again Brianna K!!

Great flavors with good portion sizes and out server Jo-jo was amazing, and knowledgeable. Very accommodating to our picky eater. Will be eating here when we visit Disney Springs.

Some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Left a nasty aftertaste. My wife ordered chicken parmesan - it was dry and burnt. This is the worst restaurant at Disney.

So apparently this is one of those places you get a reservation to if everything else is filled in Disney Springs. Thought we got lucky when we at least scored a last minute reservation for dinner. Totally see why now it was the case. Our reservation time was for 5:30. We waited 45 minutes after this and watched table after table get seated with reservation times after ours. Kept getting told our table is soon, blah blah blah. Finally asked again and I get looked at like I'm brand new with that deer in the headlight eyes. SOMEHOW a table came up immediately after that conversation. Food was mediocre at best. Gnocchi, pasta alfredo, kids mac and cheese, kids spaghetti. The actual worst was the chocolate dessert cake. I've never had a more dense/dry cake than this place. It was worse than any walmart cake you could possibly imagine. I have to at least give it to our waiter because he at least tried but there was not really any salvaging this visit. There are better places in Disney Springs to drop money by far!

Had a delicious time at the bar with Marie and Aron! Great wine and amazing food! We ordered some pizzas and salads expecting the usual but they were so delicious! Great crust, amazing sauce, high quality cheeses! The cannolis were to die for and made from scratch! So good! Thanks and can’t wait for next time!

Got here early, " No, you have a reservation for ....". Finally seated, no set ups... we waited a long time so we were beyond ready to order and eat... We ordered drinks and entrees immediately... bread served no set ups...water served, no set ups... set ups arrive.... quick turn but food was not good. All (5-top) warm at best... two pasta dishes, eggplant, two pizzas, obviously dies in the window. BOTH Managers came by and took two of five off the tab.....No one finished their meal. They did offer replacements, and free deserts... too late... by that time we just wanted to get something in our bellies and leave. The food is mediocre AT BEST... Run far, run fast... I am sure they're surviving because every other restaurant on property is packed. Disney should require better.

My family and I know good Italian food when we taste it. From flatbread to fettuccine, this genre of cuisine never stays out of our dining repertoire for long. I can say with confidence that Terralina is everything I need in an Italian restaurant and more. The bread here is fresh baked and perfectly efficacious in whetting one’s appetite. I ordered lots more of it to hold together my vegetable sandwich. It consisted of mozzarella, pesto, eggplant, grilled onions, and more. Delicious! The calamari appetizer and the mussels with sausage were all fantastic! My sister had the gnocchi and loved it as well. In a nutshell, it appears impossible to find a dud on this menu. Prices here are much more reasonable than other establishments in the area. Just make sure to get a reservation well in advance as tables fill up fast during the post-pandemic summertime. Lastly, it’s worth mentioning that this is the first meal my family has eaten in the dining room of a restaurant since the COVID shutdown last year. The wait staff made us feel comfortable with careful safety precautions the whole time. I recommend Terralina to anyone traveling to Disney Springs.

Went ot of their way on a busy Saturday to accommodate food allergies. Delish but pricey. Join the rewards program. You'll want to go back.

Left a lot to be desired. The staff was very distracted by everything not associated with a patron restaurant experience. Server disappeared for long periods to come back in a huge rush quickly check back in with his tables, rather than stay on top of it the whole time. Never cleared a plate and drinks sat empty until the frantic return. The food was under seasoned across the board from the bread, salads, meatballs and pizza sauce. The chef skipped the art of flavor ?. Decor is nice and waterside location is great BUT food was not worth the hassle of reservation or price on the bill. Look for other options before booking a vacation dinner here.

Excellent food and friendly staff. The best spaghetti bolognese! Lots of gluten free options for my daughter.

Had lunch on 04/19 with a group of "Disney" club members. Staff was very attentive and handled our large number of parties with ease. Facility took precautions to separate parties and staff all wore masks. Food was superb. Our server "Dawn" was entertaining and very knowledgeable. She was helpful in making our meal selections, her recommendations were spot on.

We had such a great time with our server last night. she was so funny and really attentive. So helpful with Disney ticks and tips. Plus she loves dogs! She spent time letting us show pics of our puppies. So lucky to have employees a like her. I know Anderson isn’t her name but everyone was calling her that i think her real name started with an s or something.
