Getting the order right on these new computer ordering screens was a challenge but the McDouble, french fries and milk shakes were very good. Just the way I remember them many years ago. A better meal than we were given at the Coronado restaurant RIX or the Mercado. Their food has changed and was very disappointing. We tried both, returned our food at both and went to McDonald's.

Slowest McDonalds ever. They don’t have anyone in the front telling people what’s going on with their order. Waited over 30 min inside for my order. Parking lot is also terrible. It’s difficult to enter or exit because of minimal space.

There’s no McValue menu here. What kind of a McDonalds doesn’t have a McValue menu? If you’re going to spend this much money, at least eat in the park. Don’t waste your time here.

At this McDonald’s location, the service was terrible. They didn’t serve the food as ordered, and while customers were waiting, the employees were gathered in the kitchen chatting with each other instead of working. I wasn’t the only one dissatisfied—several people were complaining about the poor service. They definitely need to improve their organization and customer service.

Tried to go here, says open 24 hours and they had the drive thru blocked off with cones, saw multiple people having to drive the wrong way just to turn around and get out of the parking lot. No “closed” signs anywhere, nothing.

I ordered my food, They only gave me half. So i went back through to get the rest.They close the parking lot, then said they ran out of food.I was like Okay, can I get my money back for the food you didn't give me??? They didn't tell me they ran out of food, or offer refund. they just let me drive off with half of the food in my bag. I had to flag down one of the employees in the parking lot and tell them what happened because they closed the drive thru with cones. Everything went a lot more expensive because it was on disney property, so was very irritating.

The food was good and the actual restaurant is quite nice, but the drive-through is incredibly slow. I always say this about fast food restaurants they all need to go study at Chick-fil-A for a month and learn how to do fast food the way they do it
