I recently (all frequently) stayed at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and had an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding bar staff. Kristen Burch, Alesha Alvarado, and Frank truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of magical.
Kristen Burch's friendly and attentive service made me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the drink menu and recommendations were spot on, enhancing my experience with delightful cocktails tailored to my preferences.
Alesha Alvarado’s warm personality and quick service were commendable. She always had a smile on her face and was eager to make my experience enjoyable. Her expertise in mixology was evident, and she crafted some of the best drinks I've ever had.
Frank’s professionalism and charisma added an extra layer of enjoyment to my evenings at the bar. His ability to engage with guests while maintaining high-quality service was impressive. Frank’s creative flair in cocktail-making left me eagerly anticipating my next visit.

Jessie the manager was fantastic. I had a terrible service issue at Kimonos (Kevin Bartender). Was ignored for 15 minutes and then had a menu thrown down with an eye roll. I get that it’s a long day. I’m a restaurant owner. But I was beside myself. Jessie took the time to hear what I had to say and was so kind. He said he’s only been there for a couple of months but obviously cares about his job and guess service.Thank you so much!

Beware they don’t serve you a lesser drink than you expected. Twice got whiskey sours different than listed on the menu with little remorse from the bartenders.

Alesha and Kristen were the BEST. THE END. They should teach hospitality classes to rookie bar tenders. There was a major league j*** in attendance for this year's New Years Eve. They were as nice as pie.

Great find! The Four Roses smoked bourbon Old Fashion is worth the trip alone. Definitely ask for Holy, to be greeted with a great smile and awesome service. It's a nice places to rest and recount the day, coming back from the parks, while having a refreshing night cap. I will certainly be back.

Angel is one of the best bartenders I have seen in a while. Carley was nice but more reserved. Scotch prices were very reasonable and signature cocktails wonderful

We have enjoyed grabbing a quick libation here. They serve a smoked cocktail that is a show stopper.
Nice cocktails, kind of pricy even compared to neighboring Disney resorts. They could use some cleaning of bottles on their upper display shelves. The staff were very professional and engaging.

While staying at the Dolphin I visited Phins during one of the playoff games. Being new years eve the atmosphere was friendly and festive. Kristen was our server and could not have been more friendly. The selection of drinks & food was nice, I had ordered an NA beer and was happy and surprised they had some. I would return again.

Great drinks. Friendly bartenders. It gets pretty crowded at night, so you might want to try and get there early, or just know there's gonna be a crowd, at least on the weekend.

Tried to get drinks at Phin's before our dinner at Todd English's Bluezoo restaurant in the Disney Dolphin Resort. What a joke! Couldn't get the bartenders' attention and no wait staff. The young crowd at the bar seemed to get great service. Too bad that we didn't spend our money here.
