I love Plancha -- but don't know what happened! Our waiter, Luis, was below horrific! He NEVER checked on us, throughout our dining. If he had, we could have shared that both orders of pancakes the children had were raw batter inside. Instead we asked the girls to eat the outside only. The assisting staff was very nice. And the ambiance is always perfect for a casual meal. My hope is that we just got a bad server. I have never had a bad experience here, so this was quite surprising, and disappointing.

From the hostess's lovely smile to the last sips of coffee, Plancha is a delightful Sunday brunch locale. The service, food, and atmosphere are exceptional. Robbie and my lovely bride have become friends over a few brunches and the entire staff is amazing. I can recommend everything on the menu without a risk of disappointment. We will be back much sooner. It is totally worth the drive from Tampa for a Latin infused brunch.

We sat at the Bar as we had a Reservation but were told we had to wait 20mins past our appointment Service was Great. Food was plentiful Noise was old as there was Music. Will definitely rerun

We planned our Christmas Eve to see the decorations at the Four Seasons hotel and then stop at a bar and have a drink and then have a nice dinner and we left feeling scammed. This place is not at the four seasons. It's at a completely separate location in the golfing pro shop. The atmosphere was pathetic for Christmas Eve. They say the plancha at the Four Seasons and it's a total lie. be aware of folks this is not at the four seasons, and the atmosphere is with a bunch of golfers that like to sit around and drink.

Given the area and audience, the food left a lot to desire.Super salty and sweet wings, salty chicken breats, ice and filtered water taste super hard and main dish lacked balance and flavor. Pretty dis's appointing given the beautiful ambience and view. I think the cook need a shift in strategy or a step up.
My first experience at this restaurant was excellent, however, this time unfortunately the food was very slow to come out and was overcooked with very little gravy on the biscuits and gravy. The Pastelitos were 10/10 and the staff did apologize for the wait. Our waitress was very slow as she was both inside and outside and wouldn't come around for 15+ minutes at a time. I'm still rating this restaurant 4 stars based on the amazing food and service we had on the original visit, but had this been the first time I went I probably wouldn't have given them more than 2.5 stars.

You were the All Stars of the day as far as I'm concerned. THANK YOU!!!We were there for a birthday celebration and were hoping for an outside table. They went the extra mile to accomplish this for us. Everyone was just so personable and made us feel at home. The food is amazing and I've never had a bad meal here.

Had brunch here for our anniversary while staying at the Four Seasons and amazing doesn’t even begin to describe it. From Emma greeting us to Luis as our server, the experience was indescribable. Bottomless mimosas, eggs Benedict, ropa vieja tacos and everything in between. Thank you and beyond.
