⭐ “ONLY ANDY CAME — AND HE LEFT TOO!”
If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you’re trapped inside a Toy Story funeral — congratulations, this is the place for you.
First of all, let’s get this straight: only “ANDY” showed up — and even he looked disappointed. For a place that screams “Toy Story Diner,” you’d think Woody might strut by, Buzz might zip in with some wings, or something resembling childhood magic might happen. Nope. Instead, you get an audio recording of Toy Story every 10–15 minutes like it’s trying to remind you of what fun used to feel like before you walked in here.
The food? Oh boy. Calling it “below par” would be an insult to golf. Fatty meats, one-choice buffet (because apparently, freedom is overrated), and no kids’ menu — because what toddler doesn’t love gnawing on a cold rib like a medieval barbarian?
Service from Loubna though — absolute legend. The one shining star in this galaxy of disappointment. She was efficient, kind, and probably questioning her career choices while trying to keep the rest of us from rioting.
Oh, and our table? Behind a wall. Couldn’t see anything. Not that there was anything to see, unless you count other families slowly realizing this wasn’t the Disneyland experience they were promised.
Overall? 1/10 — and that’s only because Loubna exists. This restaurant could be a dream for kids and adults, but right now it’s like watching Toy Story if all the toys were broken, the batteries were dead, and Buzz’s catchphrase was “To disappointment and beyond!”
Maybe check it out again in 10 years — once they figure out what “fun” means. Until then, save your money, your time, and your will to live.

The decor is super cute and on theme as are the staff. The quality of the food was disappointing. The brisket was VERY fatty, and had a strange sheen to it. The service also took quite a while, which made it difficult to request refills.

FOOD POISONING!!
this restaurant made majority of my family sick, but I’m the only one with full blown food poisoning. I had assumed I got it from another restaurant but unfortunately for me it took a little while longer to show its ugly head. I’ve been in bed at our resort unable to leave the bathroom for 2 days now.
On top of that, our waitress was INCREDIBLY rude amd fussed at me on more than one occasion for just trying to tend to my kids and now I think about it, quite strange that we got sick considering what I’m about to say.
Our waitress (I can’t remember her name but she has shorter black hair, right above her shoulders) literally yelled at me for almost giving my drink to my daughter. She said “the cup that I sit down directly in front of you, is your cup. Don’t give it to anyone else.” and then I get super sick??? Why couldn’t I share my water with my daughter??? Idk, I would avoid this place at all costs. That was a really weird interaction for someone to end up with food poisoning… I won’t be returning.

Don't recommend it. The worst food and experience at WDW. Food sub standard, dry and tasteless. Service non existent. Atmosphere much to be desired. The theme is tired and no interaction with ant toy story characters as other venues. Loud shouting on the pa system and it's like a conveyor belt, they can't wait to get rid of you. Thr prosecco was off and everything was an effort. It's meant to be child friendly but is definitely not. Sorry we booked. Loved other venues like Space 220, T Rex, Ohana, Kona etc. they should learn from them. Don't waste your money and time on this one

Chicken tasted like chemicals. Staff was SO nice and it's apparently a new brine. The chicken was gross, but everything else was good

Fanatic food and atmosphere come on a empty stomach as they bring as much food as you can stand.

So, as a parent with two grown children, this didn't hold the same wonder as it used to, but both of my kids grew up with Toy Story and the atmosphere was great. We all enjoyed the constant action in the place and I felt the wait staff did a great job. The food was better than I expected and there was no delay in receiving more of whatever it was we requested. Everything was at least as good as what you would get from an upper scale chain restaurant anywhere else and that's all you can expect. We enjoyed dinner very much, laughed when the activities ensued and left very satisfied. The main question: Would I go back? Yes, we would have no problem eating there again. Pretty darn good.

It was our first time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Walking in made me nostalgic and gave me all the Toy Story vibe. It is an all you can enjoy family style meal. The Rootin Tootin Tomato salad was so freshing as well as the mint watermelon. When the main course came, it was a heaping amount of BBQ flavor meats including ribs, brisket, chicken and sausage. There was also a different variety of desserts in these cute mini jars.
Erynn was our server and she did such an amazing job. She never let our drinks go empty and was constantly checking in on us and how we were doing. She has a bubbly and warm personality and made us feel right at home. Thank you for making our experience one of the best!!! 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the atmosphere, and great vegan options. But wait time can be misleading even if you reserved in advance. Missed the show due to waiting extra 30 min.

Not good.
Food was mediocre, WAY overpriced and food was slow to come out (at a buffet...)
Go if you're desperate to see it and you're on the dining plan. Paying cash? Go get the entire menu at Regal Eagle at Epcot for the price of one adult instead!
Do better Disney. Do better.
