Rum Largo Poolside Bar & Café

Be incredible carful if you stay at this Hilton and patronize this bar. We had our room billed and also paid by credit card for a tab this past September. The next morning before we checked out, we noticed the double billing and went to the bar to have it corrected. The server working was the same one who had served us the day before and remembered us paying by credit card. He apologized said he would fix it, but they never refunded us. After weeks of trying to get refunded by email, we had to drive back to the hotel to get it refunded since they refused to do it over email. Several hours of time were wasted over an issue that should have never happened in the first place. I am writing this to warn others so they don’t have to go through what we went through!

Great place to grab a bite and some cocktails poolside. Bartender was super friendly.

We had great service and the food was ok. Not a lot of options, but the Buffalo chicken sandwich was great and the fish tacos were tasty.

Really really terrible service two days in a row. I waited 30 minutes for a menu (after sitting for 10 minutes and having a server ask if I wanted one, so I guess 40 minutes), the bartender was super rude and I said excuse me to ask a question of a staff member and she held up her hand turned on her heels and walked away from me without any further aknowlegement of me... Honestly I've had a good experience at this hotel everywhere else but the people out here would make me never come back here.

when buying meals always share as the portions they give are huge and will feed at least two people ( aportion of fries will feed 4)

The poolside waitresses we had were enjoyable and friendly and took good care of us. Good and drinks good!

While the employees who took my orders were kind and quick, the kitchen was rather slow. Expect high prices, too.

We spent the afternoon by the pool, Christy was a great server. We had shrimp, salad and pizza and everything was good.

Great little poolside cafe at the Hilton. Nice assortment of light bites and snacks. Reasonable prices for the area and the food was really good! Everyone in our party of 4 was happy. Particularly enjoyed the Quesadillas and Rum Largo Salad. Also nice service.

You can,t go wrong with a poolside bar and café!! They had a variety of drinks and food available--reasonable prices.
