Was visiting and wanted go check Disney Springs and ofc I had to get ice cream so my boyfriend and I want to Salt & Straw - Nevin helped us out and was so amazing! Super patient and not only let us try all the flavors but also gave his opinion and some information how the ice cream is made! We ended up getting honey lavender and panther coffee sooo good :)

The very best time to visit Salt & Straw? During a torrential downpour thunderstorm!! ;) No lines out the door, as is the norm, and many people hold off on ice cream - but not us!! And especially on a weekday - tastes just as good as on a busy weekend, without the wait!
Very tasty, high-quality ingredients, and friendly, helpful team members... love this place and it's crazy strange ice cream concoctions!!!

Made me a 3 scoop ice cream milkshake, flavor, one vanilla, flavor two was a Tres Leches coffee three was a cookie dough, let me tell you….amazing I loved it and will get it again and again and AGAIN!!!!! Thank you!!!

So good! All the flavors are very interesting here - it's not your typical ice cream flavors, which is what I like about it. There are definitely kid-friendly selections, but also more sophisticated combinations. The summer special flavors are all berry based and they are very good. No inside seating here.

Came into Salt & Straw on a hot and sunny day. The flavor combinations are amazing! My favorite was the Salted, Malted cookie dough and the Strawberry and black pepper ice cream. Dai was one of the employees helping my friends and I. She was the sweetest and so patient. She explained the flavor combinations and was friendly. We really appreciated her help. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. I didn’t realize there were several locations and can’t wait to go back!

I really wanted to like this place as it had many good reviews. I am a local and frequent Disney springs a lot. I’ve been here a few times and tried to give it a couple chances. I will go with the good and the bad.
The service was ok. The staff seem to want to help.
This next part can be a positive or a negative depending on the person. So they have unique flavors and my wife liked this place. However there gets a point where it gets so unique it’s good for a few tastes and gets old. Again user dependent. This place definitely has unique flavors so if you are looking for that this place is good. I think the lack of traditional plain ice cream in some ways can be a draw back but that is probably not why you are coming here.
The product seems quality, but I think it’s expensive for what you get especially when comparing to Ghirardelli.
If you are looking for a unique flavor and an experience this place is for you. If you are looking for a more traditional experience I’d go somewhere else.
Really fun spot for ice cream! My husband was all about the Oishii Strawberry—super fruity and fresh. I went for the Panther Coffee and loved it. So smooth and flavorful. We’d totally come back to try more flavors!

Unique flavors of Ice creams. My grown kids love this place so we go every time at Disney springs location. Staff are very friendly and you can sample as many flavors you want. We love classic flavors but try a scoop of limited edition flavors. Fun ice cream place to visit in Disney Spring.

Love that Disney springs has a location! Amazing monthly flavors that are always so creative, use fresh fruit and wild combinations. Coming here to this location mixes that with fantastic Disney service. It was a pleasure being helped by Joshua! He let me try 10+ flavors and was so nice about it. Checking out was fast and easy.
