At $6+ a cupcake the service was pretty poor, at the very least just offer some free water. The tables outside were unclean.

The place is nice, i bought two cupcakes just to try it and see if i wanted to buy more. Umm so i didn’t even finish one cupcake, to my like it was very sweet, it had a lot of sugar. But anyways it wasn’t that that bad.

Purchased a peppermint mocha for myself. I found the cupcake disgusting, and it broke square in half the moment I touched it. $7 for a 1/5 cupcake that falls apart is utterly bewildering.

Showed up at 7:00 to order cupcakes only to find that over 3/4 of the flavors were sold out. Went back a different night and had the same issue. It's very frustrating to visit a place that is still open for 4 more hours on two separate occasions only to be told they were sold out of a majority of the flavors.

I loved their limited time miyokos vegan sugar and spice cupcakes! Oh my goodness! That cupcake needs to be a permanent staple! Much MUCH better than the red velvet vegan cupcake. It is a bit overpriced, and I do wish they had more vegan options. Still I'll give it a 5 ⭐ rating just because I fell in love with that sugar and spice cupcakes, can't expect less from miyokos (their butter is BOMB)

For the price, I expected something exceptional, but this was easily the worst cupcake I've ever had. The vanilla flavor was nonexistent—it tasted like a dense lump of sugar. Completely underwhelming and a total waste of money.

Even grocery store cupcakes are far superior. Do yourself a favor and explore other dessert options on the property instead.

Overall, a huge letdown. This location would be better served by replacing it with something more worthwhile.

Ordered a box of cupcakes with my wife and worker started to talk to my wife in a weird mannerism and started saying things to make her feel very uncomfortable. Super weird behavior, never coming back. Not sure of the name of the employee but he was a young teen Caucasian man. Can’t believe it.

These were actually some of the most disgusting cupcakes I’ve ever had. It’s a ton of icing and little to no cake and the icing itself was way too rich. You’re better off going to Publix. Definitely won’t be returning

I came to sprinkles to get a cupcake with sprinkles. Somehow they were out of cupcakes even though I got there at 3pm on a Saturday. Please explain to me how a place that makes their own cupcakes runs out of cupcakes for the day. (They did not completely run out but all they had was 3 types (all trash) and only 1 tray total of cupcakes)

They have only one muffin but it is perfect and for my opinion it is a must for every vegan. I bake a lot tried many muffins but this one was wow.

There was a lady looking angry with grey hair looking angry as a few black customers ordered and we were not greeted when we walked in, instead just glared at. Shortly after a few others that were not black were greeted and spoken to as soon as their foot entered the door. The food is usually good when we come but the service we received did not feel warm.

Cupcakes are good when they actually have them. Service has gone downhill to mobile ordering. It’s super loud in a clear, we-want-you-to-grab-and-go setup. No indoor seats. One employee working with three active kiosks.

I always get the Dark Chocolate Sunday, and it never disappoints. It is a cupcake cut in half between chocolate ice cream. If you are a chocolate lover, then you should try this.
