How can you ONLY be making online orders? Completely dissatisfied with today’s lack of service. I was told I can preorder and pick up or walk over to other side and get coffee over there.

So good and so friendly that we went back to it intentionally during our Orlando trip. Josh made my best friend’s Frappuccino better than anyone had her entire visit to Florida, and better than a lot of the times she gets it back home.
Very impressed! And for being built into the Workd of Disney store (a very obviously high volume store) they were incredibly quick.
Vegetarian options: Potato chive bites, egg white egg bites, tomato mozzarella, grilled cheese, kale and mushroom egg bites, impossible sandwich. Pastries
They have the NEW ICE, it’s the circle K type ice. It watered down my drink in minutes and tasted terrible, ruined my drink, go to the other Starbucks near the balloon they still have real ice.

Best Starbucks experience ever!!! I go to all different Starbucks and have for years but this by far was the most memorable. Kent waited on us and was so friendly and funny we will never forget being at Starbucks in Disney springs!!! The rest of the staff treated us like we were special too making sure our drinks were just right. Great job at this location❤️

I recently went to the StarBucks near the waterfront stage in Disney springs and this short 10 minutes was nothing to make me make a review but the server did! From the moment I walked up to order I was greeted by a friendly smile from Kent, our outstanding server.Kent was so good! Not only did he expertly prepare my favorite Starbucks Coffee just the way I like it but he gave me a new way to add to my drink like “That’s a great choice I like mine with extra strawberries and strawberry syrup!” I was so surprised on how it tasted so much better than usual. He also sprinkled our order with a dash of humor. His short, corny, and funny jokes made me smile with laughter. Definitely come here and get Kent as your server!
Friendliest staff and baristas. Came a few times and every visit they ensured I received what I needed. It's a busy store so it means a lot that they go extra miles to take care of you. Thank you so much!

I came in this morning with my kids. All of the employees were very friendly. The girl at the register I think her name was Trin was helpful and I thought I would make a particular note of her service. Thanks to everyone who was at the store today for making my experience memorable.

Unfortunately I had a less than satisfactory experience. I approached a barista to express my concern about my cappuccino, mentioning that it seemed to be incorrect. Regrettably, the barista briefly described what a cappuccino should be, without taking a closer look at my drink. Trusting her assurance, I later discovered that the cappuccino was quite different from the standard, with a notable lack of milk and an overwhelming coffee flavor. I believe in the quality of Starbucks products and service, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed.
