I usually love it here, but recently I had a bad experience with a barista at the register. I had ordered a grande dragon drink, but upon finishing ringing us up a barista named Danielle got upset and told me, very sternly, that I had ordered a pink drink (even though I had not). I understand that these places are very busy during the afternoon and it is easy to get overwhelmed, however after I apologized she went to get a new cup and angrily threw some of them in the floor. I did try to apologize again for any confusion, but any attempt I made to talk with her was met with no response and angry looks. We did speak about this with another barista who was very understanding and made sure our drinks were correct, and gave us free cake pops even though they were not necessary. Again, I understand that these locations get especially busy and it can be stressful for the baristas, and I appreciate all they do. I just wish there would have been more communication because this experience was very uncomfortable and award; especially in front of so many people.

I went with my whole family from Brazil to the Starbucks to enjoy a coffee, and an employee named Taylor was super rude. I literally said thank you and she answered with “sure,whatever”. I understand it is a stressful work environment as I myself worked in costumer service before for years, but they need to realize they work inside of DISNEY and learn how to treat people nicely. besides the coffee was super watery, anyways shitty service.

It was a great place. They had both inside and outside seating. The service was quick.

Order online is not available, I didn’t pay $$ to epcot and stand in line and spend 45 minutes on my order and missing out on sightseeing.
I was way ahead in line but otherrs got their order I had to go and check on it.

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to take a break from the excitement of the park.

I loved the convenience of being able to grab a familiar drink and enjoy a quick snack before heading back to explore more of EPCOT’s attractions. The service was friendly, and the coffee was just what I needed to keep going! Whether you’re a regular Starbucks fan or just looking for a little pick-me-up, this location is a great stop during your day at EPCOT

Great fast moving Starbucks line. Don’t let the length of the line scare you. This is a great spot. Plan for 30 mins max if the line is maxed out to the entrance door. Worth the wait and extremely consistent.

Dissapointed ordered caramel Capp medium there was no caramel took it back for replacement small still no caramel third time lucky no ended up with a black caramel so gave up . I’m Starbucks mad but was really not impressed
