She explained the dining plan to us when we were confused and had an amazing, positive attitude. Our food was delicious and filling. We were sat in the spot we wanted quickly and enjoyed the fish next to our table

Got stuck in the glacier area, way too loud, and like 15 birthday clapping events one every few minutes where everything is loud and echoing is horrible. Server would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes without checking on the table. She couldn't listen when told water no ice. Way overcooked shrimp, and undercooked vegetables. The inconsistent in the kitchen is ridiculous.

T-Rex Cafe atmosphere was so much fun! The food was great. Our waiter Cole was attentive and knowledgeable. My Daughter has a wheat allergy and the chef came out and talked to us about options. There was more than enough choices she didn't feel limited. This was a fantastic experience!

Cole was the best! We are visiting from RI for the week and had a blast at the T-Rex Cafe! Lots of different options, something for everyone. Our twins were in awe! 💗 Can't wait to visit again!
I’m actually quite surprised at the number positive reviews for the food. Our food was truly one of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. (If not the worst.) One of us had a hamburger that put me straight back to middle school to the ones that came in a bag and were burned to char and chewy and gross. I quite literally took a bite and said “wow that’s the most disappointing and disgusting $25 hamburger I have ever tasted in my life!” And then spit it out. My salad was wilted, chicken was dry. Everything else was sub par. If it weren’t for the atmosphere it would have been a total bust. Our server was also good, it was truly the food that was disgusting. Based on the reviews of others, I’m not sure if we were there a bad time or bad day or what, but that’s an almost $150 bill for disgusting food that we will never get back.
