Our lunch was very good as usual. The cornbread appetizer is always the go to. I do not believe it to be a server issue, we finished our appetizer before my wife's drink was delivered. Not that busy and not the usual experience.
Slightly pricey, but the food is good. Its very difficult to hold a conversation here due to the ambience and/or interior design.
The staff on the host stand outside and inside were uninterested and dull. We tried to make some chat with them and got nothing back. We had a young baby in our group who fell asleep during our meal and we still weren't allowed the stroller to our table even though we were at a corner where the stroller could have been tucked away. We were charged gratuity of 20% (this is automatically added for tables of 6 or more) we were 4 adults 1 child and 1 baby- the baby doesn't eat so unsure how we can be considered a table of 6. The food was bland and they must've used a whole coriander plant on one plate. We waited a long time for drinks during the meal that we were done our meal before they came out. Our waitress was nice enough. Very disappointed.
The atmosphere there is so cute! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Our server (Luke C.) was very attentive and really wonderful! We had dinner the night before at the Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons and the service was horrible! The service here was top notch as was the food! Highly recommend and definitely hit their bake shop on the way out!
Los platillos están muy bien servidos en cuanto a La cantidad. , el sabor y sazón muy bueno , muy ruidoso porque estaba llenísimo ( habla de lo popular ), las bebidas excelentes , el servicio algo lento ( por lo lleno)
The food was delicious and I am so thankful Austin was our server and recommended the fried grouper during brunch. It was stellar.
I’m all about that cookie bar 😎 The vegan chocolate chip cookie was super tasty! The food and drinks are solid, but it’s the vibe and design of the place that I love most.
We had 2 reservations, booked through Disney (6:15 and 6:30). We arrived at 5:30 to let them know both groups were here and per instructions from Disney when booking through them, request to be seated together. They let us know we would get a call between 6:15-630 when it was ready. At 6:30, we went back to check - as they are seating a walk up 12 person party - and our tables are not ready. They then called and offered to seat 6 now and 2 later but couldn’t tell us when later would be. At 7 we got a call that the table was ready, we approached and were asked to wait to the side. At 7:15 I asked what was going on and they said the people were just about to leave then they would clean and seat us. This is when I asked to speak with the manager who made it very clear, they are “NOT PART OF DISNEY and they just get reservations booked through Disney the morning of.” Then tried to spin it on us or say the walk up party of 12 was seated outside, which is where we were seated. He also had no clue why we were called and told it was ready and we’re not seated for another 25 mins. So reservations at 6:15 and 6:30 but we couldn’t even get any tables (together or split) until 7:25. Only after I told him it was ridiculous and horrible service, did he offer an appetizer. Party of 9 but we got some guac for free. Now the food was great and our server was outstanding. The management and hostesses were the only issue. And even though everything else was above average, we will not be back again. PS - several other parties (including a family of 3) were waiting way past their reservation and had been called saying their tables were ready and they weren’t. I spoke with one of them as well as we all waited.
Enjoyed our dinner. My son (11) loved being able to spot boats, turtles and fish in the lake. Enjoyed our meal especially the fish tacos and deviled eggs.
At best it's okay. The location is great but the food is average, the cookies are average and limited in choice and of course the prices are ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend it.

My family of five had dinner at this restaurant (we haven't tried the bakery or cookies). The interior and atmosphere were nice, and our server was super welcoming and helpful. The food was good, especially after the inedible fried food at the water park. There was a variety of kids' menu options that catered to all my kids' tastes. The cocktails were delicious.
