Just wanted to share our dining experience at The Edison in Disney Springs on January 20, 2026. Our server’s name was Irving and he was excellent! He provided prompt, friendly service. He checked back on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed! The Hostess/Manager (can’t recall her name) was also so very sweet and friendly!

Nick and Talon kicked ass!!! Wowowow! The burger was amazing but, as a bartender who works in custom cocktails, they SLAYED our requests!!! Nick made an amazing banana forward cocktail and Talon slayed a whiskey, orange sidecar. My husband and I would have drank here all night if we didn’t have theme parks to conquer the next day. Lol

My first visit here and it wont be my last. The vibes are incredible and this place is huge despite looking small from the outside. They have a happy hour which is rare in Disney. I got the old fashioned and while it wasnt my favorite on property it definitely did the job and was delicious. Staff were attentive and kind.

Went with a group and we had a great time! Our server was Olivia and she was the best. She was so attentive and fun. She seemed like she actually enjoyed working there and made it enjoyable for everyone. The food was great and the servings were very large. Will definitely come here again.

Impeccable all around. Very professional staff. Wonderful variety of cocktails. I had the Banana Joint. Perfectly balanced. Had the MD Crab Dip for the app. This was scrumptious. My husband said he’d love it over linguine. Haha. It was just that good. I had the chicken sandwich which had such a delicious crisp on it. Thank you Edison!

Very disappointed. Have been looking forward to trying for a long time, but multiple items were unavailable. We picked our 3rd choice for appetizer and sent it back. It was under seasoned. So we got our 4th choice. Every component of the meal was totally under seasoned. The menu reads well, but the tastes lacked depth. It was edible but not a good value for price. Maybe the kitchen was out of salt and spices. They were even out of to go bags and to go ramekins. Sebastian the waiter was pretty good though and made the best of a bad situation.

The only reason why this place is getting a 3 star in atmosphere is because of Christian the host and we had the most amazing singer (moxxy) to listen to while we were surrounded by wet paper bags as servers and food that was overly priced for the undesirable outcome.
Maybe there will be better luck if you sit at the bar, but PLEASE, do not sit in the restaurant setting if you’re looking for a good time, because all you will get is terrible customer service and a substandard time.
