Topolino's Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera

Had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary! Damian was awesome and made our experience very magical. The appetizers and main course was so delicious. To top off the evening Damian brought us a special dessert. Thank you to all who made this a memorable occasion 💖

Beautiful restaurant! We dined late so we could see Epcot's fireworks. The servers make sure to coordinate your food to when the fireworks start so you can go out on the terrace to see them and not leave your food getting cold on the table. The escargot was so good, and the filets we're cooked just right. Highly recommend!

Dined in for dinner with my wife this past week. Was a 5 star experience overall. The crew up front that greets you were super pleasant. Service was top notch and food was excellent.

Having some young kids around at other tables acting up a bit does throw off the vibe but it’s Disney and you kind of have to expect it.

Would certainly recommend and go back without hesitation.

Not sure who was the chef on 9/6/25 around 9am but the Steak was horrible! I asked for medium well and got well done. Even the waitress agreed that it was well done and sent it back. Upon receiving another steak, it was chewy with no flavor. I didn’t bother sending it back again because I was dealing with my autistic 6 year old who was upset that the characters weren’t coming to her table. They eventually did but very briefly, which was the opposite experience we had back in May. The characters came around multiple times and the food was excellent on Morhers day weekend. I’m assuming the earlier the reservation time, the better the experience because our 9am reservation this past weekend was lackluster to say the least.

This review is a long time coming.

Living in South Florida, we have been going to Walt Disney World for many, many years. Topolino's is hands down our favorite restaurant on Disney property. The food and service has always been exceptional. Much of the credit goes to the manager, Kyle, who we have met on a number of occasions. He is incredibly warm and welcoming and makes every effort to make sure everyone is having a wonderful dinning experience. The wait staff is second to none.

We have tried most of the of entrees available on the menu, but our favorite is the Classic Sole Meuniere. Unbelievably delicious. Fancy a nice cocktail? You can't go wrong with the Modern Fashioned. Whoa, is it good.

We were there this past weekend for my birthday and already looking forward to our next visit.

Went to eat here to try someplace new. What a mistake, it all started with the waiter Allan. After we sat down, he came over,introduced himself and told us the specials and offerings on the menu. As we sat we noticed all the tables around us were offered different types of water and brought bread and a olive oil to dip into. Allan never even mentioned either. We waited for him to come back and just poured us some water, and walked away. When he did come back I had to ask if we could have some bread, which he said yes in a sort of dismissive voice. He brought it back and took our order. He stated everything is made fresh and will be a little while for it he stated about 30 minutes. I was like wow disney not rushing you out the door for once. Which I was fine with. But to my surprise about 10 minutes later here was our food
We both ordered filets and to be honest not very good. Mine was dry and tough. I ordered it Med. And my daughter ordered hers med rare. Hers was med. And mine was med well done. We ate because both were hungry from a day out at the parks. Waiter came over once and didn't offer refills on my lemonade and as we finished. He came over and asked if we wanted dessert which we said no to and dropped off bill and I paid. I could not wait to get out of there. Noticed other waiters were so much more engaged with there guests. Allan didn't seem to either like us or was having a really bad day. Won't be returning to eat here again. Better service at Disney's Springs The Polite Pig. Then at this place.

We dined at Topolino’s Terrace twice during our trip and both nights were outstanding. The restaurant sits on the 10th floor of Disney’s Riviera Resort with beautiful terrace views, perfect for watching the Epcot fireworks if you book a later dinner. Parking was simple and both times we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation.

The food is phenomenal, every dish we had was excellent, the kind of meal you truly savor. Even my 9-year-old daughter, who is usually a very picky eater, cleared her plate both nights. That says a lot!

Our server Andrea was wonderful. She took time to get to know us, shared personal stories, and made us feel like family. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, this is easily one of the best dining experiences on Disney property.

Highly recommended, especially if you want great food with the bonus of fireworks views.

Amazing place. Came for breakfast today, they were behind but at no time did we feel rushed. The characters made their way around. Everyone was pleasant and the food was amazing. Already decided next time we come back to the area we are coming here again.

The food was just decent, for what I received it was too expensive for a breakfast and I didn't like it, the time while we were eating wasn't enough to meet the 4 characters so we had to wait after finishing eating I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a big fan of Mickey and friends, Donald is the kindest and chsrmest character!

This is most definitely within the top 5 best restaurants on Disney property. The food was incredible, and the views were equally impressive. Our server ( I can't remember the name unfortunately as it's been a couple days) was amazing as well. This is 100% a MUST if you enjoy fine dining.
