Made a reservation way in advance as we are from the other side of the world. Was promptly seated and served. It was a great dining experience. Pizza was freshly made. Food cooked to perfection. Really happy that we came.

Second time at this place. Just as impressive. I was really wanting the pork chops. Maybe they werent on the lunch menu. Had the meatloaf—never ever had a meatloaf that moist. It was incredible. Plate scraper!

The staff did a great job accommodating my family’s food preferences. Even though they don’t offer a vegan or gluten free menu, they went out of their way to create a special dish just for us, which we truly appreciated. The food was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that it took over an hour to receive our meals, and by the time our food arrived, my son had already finished his. Overall, we appreciated the effort and care, but a quicker service time would have made the experience even better.

Food was not good nor the service. They took a large tip from the card without being authorised to do so. Sent them an email as well.as.contaxting disney. No response as of yet. Avoid, please type of other places in disney springs to eat at.

Great Bruscetta and Service

Had a great experience here with the family, they were able to accommodate my small children. Strollers were left outside. The waiter was super friendly, provided recommendations for drinks and my kids loved the pizza and chicken. On a Friday afternoon it was pretty quiet and 70% of the restaurant empty. Will be returning for quick pick up or dine in given the kid friendly options.

I popped over for dinner at Disney Springs while I was there. Our server was great and really made us feel welcome! He knew the menu inside out and gave us some fantastic recommendations. Every dish was beautifully plated, and the flavors were even more amazing than I expected. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the vibe.

Where do I start? Horrible service I had to literally go back to the hostess to ask if we can have water because we were sitting there for 20 minutes without being greeted. Food was very slow took about an hour for our food to come out then it was wrong and I had to flag down our waitress who seemed very unhappy. I think it’s actually easier taking candy from a baby than getting good service here. I had to get the manager to bring me another bottle of water because she was that horrible. Mind you each bottle was $10 so you’d think they would want to be attentive and sell more. The food was mediocre at best. Pasta was crunchy and took a really long time. Do your self a favor and steer clear.

It’s 98 degrees outside and they have windows and doors open. It took 30 minutes plus to get my McDonalds grade food. I live here. I’m not a tourist and am not impressed by a name or location. Quality is quality and this was just bad.

Terrible experience the host told us of the group of 5 that we had to wait 30 minutes and then she made us wait an additional 10 minutes and finally we were sat down at our table and then we were not assigned a waiter and then 15 minutes later we said something and then they acknowledged that we are waiting poor service you guys need to do better just sad.

While visiting this establishment on our vacation , we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . It is strongly recommended you book for reservations because we were left with the evening dinner time . Our server was very friendly , swift with the ordering , making us feel welcomed from long drive on the road . Our food came out within reasonable timing , it was hot delicious . The only minus I have is that they were limited or out of a lot of desserts . Overall this restaurant is worthy of its name. Also Disney springs has a lot of local shops and eateries in one location . Check it out if you have time!!

They changed everything on the menu.
The ingredients are lower quality now! The burger used to taste amazing with a brioche-like bun, baby butter leaf lettuce, and the fries were thin and amazing!
They replaced the bun with a sesame bun, iceberg lettuce, and their fries are a variety of cooked and undercooked steak fries. I agree with the other reviews… they switched everything up and I felt like I could have gotten the same burger at five guys 😅 customer service was great as always, but the food quality has gone down a lot. 😭
