The good news- our service was great. Our server was fantastic. We had an issue with members of our party arriving at different times, but the hostess was so sweet in accommodating us. The theming is fine but nothing special. Our only complaint was the portion sizes. The prices are very steep and the servings were so small, everyone in our party was still hungry after eating. The biggest portion we got was the kids meal. I had to split up the kid's chicken breast with my family just so no one would go hungry. An appetizer serving of crab cakes should NOT be two tiny crab cakes the size of a golf ball. Unfortunately we can't justify returning.

Slow and overpriced. We waited 45 minutes just for drinks. Food did arrive quickly after, but for one meal which was another 20 minutes after the rest. The waiter kindly offered to remove this from the bill but we would have rather have paid for it all to be on time and eat together. Overall, food wasn’t bad but just an average meal at best and for the price, can get nicer around.

I was unfortunate enough to bring a group of customers here. Service was completely unacceptable, food was poor and experience was regrettable. So sad that they have a captive audience for this lack of quality.

Very good experience here with my whole side of the family. There were 14 of us, 6 of whom were young children, and the service was great. Food is very good and the atmosphere was great, too. I would definitely recommend it.

I ate around 4pm today . And everything seems fine till I got home.. and the food started to come out of me .
It gave me diarrhea..this is very bad . I am going to have to report this .. food is not being properly handle in this place at all...w

Disappointing to say the least We were four adults and. Two year child. Our appetizers came before our drinks. We had to request things multiple times before finally receiving. I won’t go on but I hope that for future dinners things improve

I was only person in line at the outside hostess station. When hostess came out she said it would be 20 minutes or less for a table for 2. She took my phone number and sent me a text. She said they would text me when table was ready. I waited outside for more than an hour and never heard from waitress. I decided to leave. I never did receive a text. I tried calling restaurant to talk to a manager, but only received voice mail. I left a message, but never received a call back. I was there in early afternoon and they weren't busy.

Our order included tuna tartar, shrimp scampi, bruschetta, fried calamari, and meatloaf. The tuna tartar was returned due to spoilage, which appeared to be masked by excessive sesame oil. The shrimp scampi possessed an overwhelming sourness, suggesting an excessive amount of lemon juice. We removed the shrimp, reduced the sauce, and then consumed the dish. The bruschetta and calamari were delicious. My husband found the meatloaf acceptable. Our server provided excellent service. However, the overall dining experience fell short of expectations for a Wolfgang Puck establishment. Would definitely not go back.

Busy place in Disney Springs. I didn’t make a reservation on a Saturday evening and had to wait about an hour. Food was good but not outstanding. Was good that they allowed us to order half a portion of pasta as I was with a small eater.

I guess it’s hard because they come from New York, but the food was underwhelming, and the drinks were overly sweet.

This was a pretty abysmal experience and we won’t be returning. Between the food safety issues and pushy waiter, this was awful from start to finish.

The wait staff pushed the most expensive item on the menu without really considering what we were in the mood for.

We ordered the fried calamari appetizer, and we noticed “miscellaneous food” on the plate. A stray olive and a random cucumber half-dipped in batter. We aren’t sure if it was supposed to be there. It was way out of place.

I then ordered the WP Prime Burger, and they straight up served a raw beef patty. Was not even room temperature on the inside. It was a pretty egregious food safety violation.

My partner ordered the pasta dish (can’t remember the name), and many of the pasta noodles were very undercooked, like, still hard.

It was one of the worst sit-down dining experiences I have ever had and was unfortunately one of the more expensive meals.

The dishes are quite basic and medium/small in size, but be careful, they even charge you for the glass of water that they serve you as a courtesy as soon as you arrive, I don't recommend it, for the same money I would eat 1000 times better in other places

Took over an hour for spaghetti and salmon on a very slow Wednesday night. Server basically ignored us.
