Shot out to the Lake City Arby's! We all had a blast at this establishment today. It's bangin' every time we've eaten here. Their 2 for $7 deal is truly worth dying for! Go out and crash out at Arby's if you find yourself hungry and in town.

I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the manager. When I brought up that the app wasn’t working—something that directly affected my ability to use the service—I was met with little to no concern or effort to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem or offering any meaningful assistance, the manager seemed dismissive and uninterested.
As a paying customer, I expect at least a basic level of support and accountability, especially when a technical issue is preventing service use. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback encourages better training or a change in attitude toward customer concerns in the future.

It was the same as all others. So it was great for a quick lunch
Not a fan of Arby's making their sandwiches ahead of time and adding toppings when ordered. It was literally less than a minute between when ordered and when the tray was given to us. Most of the tables hadn't been washed and ours, which had, was very wobbly and had food on the floor under it.
