I'm not sure if this has happened at all DD's but 1 year ago a large regular coffee was $2.90 I get it, things are changing and prices are going up, so they raised their price to $3.41, ok, had to do it, less than a month ago it went up again this time another 10 percent to $3.76, I again accepted the rising prices! But today took the cake, I pulled up to the window, had my $4.00 ready but was told it was $4.50 now, I said no there is a mistake, I was here on Saturday it's $3.76, No we raised it on Sunday to $4.50, I wasnt happy but I was in a hurry, I Had Ordered A Large Coffee Extra Cream No Sugar, same every day, repeated the order, the cashier read it back to me, I thanked them and drove away, took a sip and it was full of sugar!! For Almost $5 with tax Is It So Difficult To Get An Order Correct?

The web site says frozen yogurt and they don’t carry it.

Whys the ice cream seem like it’s not being kept at proper temperatures? I threw my 2 scoops away after the first bite. Total waste of $$

A milkshake is 9.15, which is ridiculous to begin with. Ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a white colored shake. The only flavor I can taste is soured milk. Terrible, never going back.

Last week I was scheduled to pickup a turkey cake from baskin Robbin’s at 3 pm the day before thanksgiving. We had ordered/ paid for cake 10 days in advance. We had family visiting from Georgia and California (full house) I show up right at 3 pm and the cake is not there, the employees had no clue where it was. Somehow my order never made it to the Gainesville location that makes the custom cakes for lake city. The staff there was amazing, and they apologized a million times for the inconvenience. I also apologized that I couldn’t just let the cake go ( I understand because I’m human and it happens) but I had promised my kids/ the visiting kids that I would have said turkey cake for thanksgiving. The manager there Krystal made it happen she personally made the cake for us that same day and had it ready for pick up at 8 am thanksgiving morning!!!!!! Our kids were beyond excited and everyone loved the cake!!! Thank you for doing something you didn’t have too!

Stay as far away as you can. This place is bad. We went in and with no one in the store did not even get acknowledged. The drive was not busy either, I think the management needs to train the employees or hire some willing to work not just stand around. We will never go back to this place or the Dunkin it's in with

asked for a water cup, rang up was $0.00 then cashier rang up a "cup for pup" and said "the water will be $2.14" yet the terminal says $0.00 for water cashier purposlet rang up another product to charge for WATER. Coffee sucked too, place was a joke

This place is not good at all... What kind of ice cream shop is out of Vanilla then gives your kid Lemon Sorbet when she asked for Vanilla. Out of Bananas and half their menu and served freezer burnt ice cream. This is the most Karen review ever and full of first world problems but come on... You guys suck at life. It's ice cream not rocket surgery.... Get your $h1t together... I paid to throw my ice cream away... 20 bucks when we would have got better ice cream for Fiddy Cents...

Very disappointed at our experience here. After waiting over 20 minutes to be served (only 2 customers ahead of us), finally asked another employee who was on his phone for assistance. After all that, they were out of the basic ice cream flavors (choco chip, butter pecan, mint choco chip, cookie dough). We left and proceeded to Dairy Queen where we were served in a timely fashion by friendly staff. Funny, Dairy Queen was very busy, wonder why?

This place is beyond help. It starts from the top. On July 4th, I was in there and they had only 3 flavors left. I get it. 4th of July and hot. The manager was sitting in a chefs jacket and wouldn’t even help the poor girl out.Today, July 9th, I tried again. Went in and all the chairs were already up. I said are you closing and they just laughed. I asked for a banana split and the guy making it has long hair and he’s reaching into the cooler. Yuck! He then decides to tell me the only toppings they have are fudge and caramel. I asked what about that peanut butter over there and he said he can’t put it on a banana split. I said isn’t a topping and he said yes but not for banana splits. I left the store and will promise until this franchise owner is fired or corporate takes over, I wont be back there. What a joke!

Worst coffee ever. Stopped in for 2 hot coffees for our long drive home. Bought coffees, started driving back towards I-75, took a sip of coffee as we're getting on I-75 and the coffee is barely lukewarm. Tasted like it had been sitting in the pot all day. Definitely won't be going to that Dunkin again!

Tables were nasty place smelled like a sour mop and rotten milk. Didn't have bananas for a banana split tried getting a two scoop sundae didn't have hot fudge or any other sundae toppings. Ended up just going to Dairy Queen down the road

They were out of almost everything. No hot fudge, out of bowls, out of chocolate, out of the brownies, and who knows what else. I don't mean to complain too much, but this place is all about ice cream. A sign on the door would be nice since we waited in a line to get it and didn't know it was out. Overall, the ice cream is good. They dyed the cones green for St. Patrick's day, which was pretty cute. The staff was friendly and the store was Clean.
