Really cool little shop. The staff and service are amazing and friendly. The food is fresh and tastes so good, has that home cooking taste. I found out today they also service lunch with chicken salad sandwiches chips, cookies, and a drink for a very reasonable price. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

We always have such a good time picking out beautiful (and delicious) cupcakes. Their lunch is always just as amazing. Today we had: a chicken salad wrap , a BLT sandwich, and a Buffalo chicken panini. All 10/10. Highly recommend their lemon bars too!

I have been here twice as of recently. My daughter loves cupcakes. This review is to express an extra thank you and gratitude to a lady I presume is the owner. She made extra effort today to cater to my daughter and gave her little extra gifts during our visit. The food items are excellent, tasty and picture perfect. The staff are warm, kind, friendly and very attentive. Looking forward to our next visit?

I'm not a cupcake kinda guy BUT, after the hotel suggested I try it. I can officially call myself a guy hooked on Brittany's Cupcakes .I found another GEM, the sandwiches, which I would call Manwiches.If you have a favorite cupcake, don't expect it to be available the next day, there's a new set of 10 or 12 daily.The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and will answer any questions you might have.It should be called, Brittany's Premium Cupcakes ?Vegetarian options: Just say you're vegetarian and the staff will recommend optionsDietary restrictions: Let them know your dietary restrictions and staff will recommend options

I just walked into Brittany‘s cupcake shop. I was greeted by a young girl and I asked her do they have anything with cream cheese in it she stated yes I asked her what was the flavors she told me I didn’t proceeded to place my order by the time I said, I won’t another customer came in. She literally stopped taking my order and went to the customer that had a pick up order Got the customer order gave her another box help her, took her cupcakes at the box and saw me standing right there. I politely said, excuse me, can you finish taking my order she looked at me like she was in a days, and proceeded to help the other customer mind you I was the only person in the shop , this is not customer service. This is very rude disrespected my money been just like the next person money I would never come back to this shop and I will make sure a lot of other people know what just happened at the shop and by the way, I am black. I proceeded to ask for the manager she stated oh she doesn’t work here anymore. How are you not working at a business that you establish because she knew right then in there that I was gonna report her and I still am going to report her.
