I'm in from out of town and just stopped by for a quick snack. The incredible amount of customer service displayed by Ms. Ashanta, the store manager, was so heart-warming. In a world where people seem like it's a pain for them to be friendly, it was an extreme joy to interact with a person like Ms. Ashanta. Whenever I'm around this part of Florida and am craving a burgerking burger, I'll definitely be stopping by to visit Ms. Ashanta! Thanks again! 🙂

We have frequented this BK for at least a year and have had mostly good experiences but this one stood out to me in a bad way. Not sure we’re going back after this. I called them before I left my home to see if their shake machine was working, my 3 kids had their hopes up to get a sweet treat. They said yes but failed to mention they were closing it down in a few minutes. By the time we got there, they had closed it for cleaning (which I had to ask them about, they just said it was down) and the apathy was apparent. It seems common decency and/or communication is not available there.

Good luck getting someone to take your order. Walked in used restroom came out stood at counter till it was awkward then left.
Amazing staff. You order what you want....twice, pay for what you ordered, and they give you whatever is convenient for them. Order a whopper, pay for a whopper, and they give you whopper junior, even though you pay for a whopper. Tell them no onions or tomatoes, and they load it with onions and tomatoes. And they want skilled trade wages, for substandard service.
