I was excited to try the new snack wrap because my friends told me how good it is. I was SO disappointed by this Burger King I stopped by at :-( chicken was cold and old. And it wasn’t even wrapped correctly. It just fell open once I opened the wrap. So disappointed. I guess the location matters when it comes to food quality.

Where to even start the “store manager Joey” lies on the employees so bad just to make himself look good… how is it that the opening managers be late everyday but nothing is done about it the opening employees has to wait on opening managers that cuts their time how is it employees get wrote up on being late but no verbal warning first… how is it employees can go out to smoke but doesn’t wash their hands afterwards touching customers products… employees uniform looks faded and dirty smells like ashtray their appearance is not pleasant…

The nastiest Burger King I've ever been to. I drive a Semi for a living so I see them all over the country. The drink station was over flowing with trash, water, whatever soda, and there were so many different colors. The front sitting area had trash everywhere. The staff was yelling at each other. The back area was disgusting. I just turned around after I seen this. I was the only person in there. I wasn't about to get sick eating here. Highly recommend not eating here.

I truly appreciate this burger king and it's staff. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is amazing. This is not the same fast food joint as other bk's. This one gets it right. Thank you 😊

I’ve eaten at various BK locations, and this one definitely stands out from the others, because of how bad it is, when we got there, it took 10 minutes to get out order taken, even though there was only one person in front of us, there was nobody at the registers to attend us, when a woman finally got there to take our order, she was the rudest person I’ve seen when taking orders, but we looked past that and waited for our food, the order was all wrong, wrong sandwiches, wrong size of fries, when we went there to ask for the stuff that we paid for, the same woman just said “we’re sorry about that” and left, just like that, definitely never coming here ever again.
