I ordered a sandwich which was made incorrectly. They told me to pull up they would bring me the corrected sandwich. The girl came out with the sandwich handed it to me. I told her it's cold. She turned around after sticking her hand in my face and went inside. When I went inside with the sandwich she began yelling at me and then the manager stepped over. When I raised my boys over hers and told me to leave. They never get sandwiches correct? And the employees are beyond rude

Advantage of that was great she was very helpful the manager could tell I didn't I was not happy with the price so she helped me change the way I was ordering and I was happy because it lowered the price
Last night the manager and girl in drive thru was very respectful food came as fast as it could food was hot and fresh i didn't mind the wait for food and fries were fresh fresh fresh !!!!!! Them two really made my night

The food was typical for Burger King, but the service was very slow. From the time I ordered until I received my order was 20 minutes. Then one of the burgers was wrong so I had to get it replaced.

We’re on this side of town 2 or 3 times a month, and for the last few times we’ve eaten here, the wait time for food or service is incredibly long. Food is usually shoved in a bag even though we are dining in. Tonight we were at the counter for at least 5 minutes before we seen anyone, and then the girl comes to the counter, and instead of greeting us, or taking our order, she starts taking a order from the drive thru. Was hoping this was just a couple off night’s, but seems like it going to be a normal thing for this store.
