First i ordered double whopper extra chz no lettuce, light sauce. With onion rings,Same order at every bk i go to.What i got looked in bag, fries. Cashier said sorry about that got me "fresh" onion rings.They were not fresh.The burger drowned in sauce, with lettuce and hey they got the extra cheese part correct.Also got a milkshake which litterly looked like he mashed down soft serve ice cream didnt even put whipped cream on it. And offered a spoon because it was "thick".Avoid this bk if you want it your way. Because that doesnt exist here.

Very clean and staff was super friendly and polite. They did mess up our order just a little (it was supposed to be to-go and came on a tray, and my burger had cheese that I said no to, but nothing too egregious.) The burgers we're a little extra smooshed from sitting, but they tasted fine.Over all, a good stop for lunch and a bathroom break.

Truck drivers bring you stuff,and you cannot serve a truck driver walking in drive thru.Shame on you guys grow up.What a brainless kind of people exist on planet.Time: 10:30 pm 1st Dec employee gave fake name Alisha and two guys working. I asked to order food greeting nicely and smiling and she slams window on my face. Request to management to allow walk in truck drivers through drive thru. I will try again next week,better you guys start serving to avoid any serious actions on this location.

Michael was a very respectable employee. He was very polite, attentive, and made the visit pleasant.
Placed a mobile order at 1:50 when I was 6 miles away, pulled in and parked, checked in and waited 10 minutes. After no one came out I went inside to wait another 15 to 20 minutes before finally getting my order after everyone who walked in got their order ahead of my mobile order. This is the slowest BK I have ever been to.

Says they Close the lobby at 11pm, went at 9 and the doors were locked! No one in lobby or drive thru so when went thru was told to pull into parking spot and wait with No Customers at all and told them no we would wait at the window, food was wrong so had to go back around and have them fix it! Audrey the Manager was outside with her friends smoking!! Complete joke of a restaurant
