I don’t ever like to leave a bad review, but... The cold brew is like coffee flavored water. and from six bucks that just is not acceptable. They either need to use three times the coffee grounds, or let it soak overnight.

The menu on here needs to update to current prices. The adjustment most likely is due to inflation. Now the good part, amazing food. Delicious sides and drinks. The burgers we got were Mozzy and Blazing Saddles both beyond our expectations for quality and size. At first we were cautious because of the price..however the food was beyond worth it.

I called all locations no answer, the main location answered two separate times and put me on hold for 5 minutes one time and 4 minutes the next. I tried to call again because I was about to go into work and they rejected all of my calls after the two holds. When you pay 7 dollars for a drink that should include decent customer service. I prefer to support local but at this point I’ll just buy it for the house. Their drinks are good most of the time, but this is multiple times I’ve had bad customer service at the main location eating there and drinks.

The reuben sandwich here is absolutely one of the best I've ever had, but unfortunately, ordering anything else turned out to be too much work.We already knew the reuben was good, so when my buddy and I went yesterday, he got the reuben. I was in the mood for something else, so I asked to see a menu. I was told there are no menus. Instead, I was shown pictures of their offerings on the wall. There were pictures of sandwiches and wraps, and under each one was a cute name, but there were no descriptions, so I had no idea what might be in each one. Rather than ask for a rundown of everything on the menu, I decided I just wasn't hungry enough to make that much work out of ordering lunch, so I didn't order anything. Every restaurant and deli on earth has a menu describing their offerings...except this place. WTF??? One thing is for sure...if they had menus, we would have ordered more food, maybe even something to go, too.
It's pricey but food is good, drinks are top notch, service is good. Cleanliness is our friend here witch makes the atmosphere inviting. Thank you blacksmith you pit a smile on this dude.

Great breakfast sandwich and breakfast burritos!! Large portions great REAL food!! Highly recommend. It's a hidden away gem next to Lake City Bowl. Great service !!!!

I am addicted to this place. The caramel freezer and the turtle freezer have my heart. I always ask for a mixture that is more coffee than ice, and they always get it right. They also have sugar free options. Love this place.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free options available.

I've eaten here twice, both times the food has been on point. Both times the staff has been friendly, helpful and patient. Miranda the GM was helpful and makes it a point to get to know the customers. This is a great local spot that's worth stopping by for some good food and good people.
