Fast friendly service. The food was tasty! I got a smokehouse combo and my daughter got the quesadilla explosion salad which she enjoyed as well. Mozzarella for appetizer, so satisfying and we even had some left over! Overall great experience and we will be back for sure!

I ordered a fresh mex bowel online and went to pick it up. No problem until I opened the box. All of my food was in categories of each thing that goes into the bowl. It’s called a bowl for a reason. I don’t want to mix my bowl myself. Also it’s supposed to come with rice. I have no idea what I was given but it was SO soggy and absolutely disgusting I thought they gave me grits. On top of that, my chicken was hard as a rock and I could barely bite into it. I usually could inside the restaurant. All of my chicken was stuck together and I couldn’t even break it apart because it was so hard and not separated nicely into a bowl. This was absolutely disgusting and I couldn’t even enjoy my food. I didn’t even get Avacodo with it which is what’s supposed to come on top of it. It wasn’t even nicely put together in one bowl everything was separated and the food tasted horrible. I got soggy guacamole on the side instead of Avacodo. If I wanted guacamole dip I would’ve asked for it! So disappointed because they have never disappointed me inside the restaurant but MY GOODNESS have I learned my lesson to not ever go to this place and order online! Packaged HORRIBLY.

We went to Chili's on 10/21 for my son's birthday! We called that afternoon before choosing to go there, and they told us they do sing happy birthday, which they didn't, due to being under staffed. Most of the stuff on the menu they did not have, which they could have informed us of ahead of time. The waiter James was the only good thing I have to say about them. He was amazing and did as much to make our experience better. He recommended the asparagus since they were out of broccoli, and it was delicious. I haven't been since they updated their menu, and I was not impressed. I miss their old menu.
