We had great service and our food was great as well. There were these drunk ladies at the bar which were so loud and obnoxious they totally ruined our dinner. My son and I ate as fast as we could to get out of there because of their language and how loud and inappropriate they were being. There were other families sitting around us that looked uncomfortable as well and I heard some of their conversations about that same party of women that we were bothered by. They kept getting served though.

Started off a little ruff new cooks = med rare being well well done . Megan promptly took it back to kitchen . Not only did the manager do the recook of another steak by the way was amazing but came out to our table seen my husband had waited so he could eat with me he promptly took my meal off and gave a discount for my husband's meal . No place is perfect 100 percent of the time but how its handled when its not is the key to return customers we will def be back . Magen and manager was on point very friendly and professional.
I ordered takeout and Heather was so great and very professional. I will be returning for a dine in experience just to meet Mrs Heather the carryout server ! Thank you for being amazing

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Chris. He was serving food to tables and was very professional. He got us refills and napkins and was pre-busing tables throughout the Entire restaurant. My kids asked if we can go back next time to see Chris again cause theg say he is “ cool.” Awesome experience and we will definitely be back!!!

Honestly I normally like Chili's. However, last two times eating there, the hamburgers have been way under cooked. This last time also took forever to get a corrected burger. I told the manager and with a friendly smile he listened. I then watched the table across from us have the same issue. To top it off, they screwed up our bill with an added meal and no discount offered by the manager. Rough night for Chili's on July 9, 2025.
