I tried Chipotle for the first time and they did not disappoint the food was actually really good and normally I wouldn't go anywhere like Chipotle because I'm a very picky eater but the first time trying it it was really good and it was recent I tried the one in Lake City Florida it was actually good

I asked for sour cream on the side and they said extra I’ve been eating at chipotle since for ever first time o’be heard sour cream is extra if I want it on the side instead of inside the burrito bowel that’s crazy ..

Great choice to eat in Lake City! I alternate here and Moe’s pretty often. They always have fresh chicken and steak. I get the bowl with extra protein when I go.

Don’t eat here you will lose your appetite The steak is nothing but gross fat! We feel robbed of a good mother daughter dinner experience because we both wanted to barf. The girl making the bowls was pushy and rushing us and there was no one else in the restaurant at the time. The beans were dried and gross. I was a long time customer in Orlando but here…..I’ll go to Moes. These two bowls are trash, a waste of 35 bucks in the economy! Unacceptable!
Tonight Chipotle has put a horrible taste in my mouth! I drove 20 miles because I had a birthday coupon for free guac. I get to the Lake City location and order my food, I go to pay and I am told I do not have the reward. I opened my email and showed the female manager with the red hair that my reward was given on December 9th, I have 30 days to redeem the reward. The manager refused to override the guac due to my app not reflecting the birthday guac coupon, instead the manager lost a sale and threw the food in the trash when she just could have honored the coupon. I immediately called customer service and they saw the reward, I explained the situation and customer service offered me a free small drink. I asked for more help being this was embarrassing infront of other guest and I drove 20miles. Customer service stated they placed an entre on my account for the inconvenience. Nope still no rewards on my account now I have to call back. I tried updating the app in hopes to see my rewards, the password reset doesnt work so now I am locked out. For a loyal customer of 10yrs to be treated this way! I am done with Chipotle after tonight. I am exhausted 😩 to go thru all this for a gift they offered, at the least this was a waste of my gas and time.

Food was poorly done. Tremendous amount of salt. Extremely slow. Should not train new employees during peak .

The food was good, but the staff in the front didn't know that I could ask for the chicken on the side instead inside the quesadilla on a kids' quesadilla platter. I've been asking for the same thing in other locations for the past 5 years! It's ok. We all learn a new thing everyday.
