Tried the chicken Al pastor, and it was very good, I hope they keep it on the menu. Just wish the chips were more consistently fresh - the few @ the top of the bag were not crisp at all.

So we ordered to sine in, with our order we also got 2 corona's and 2 bottles of soda. When we checked out the gal at the register did not open them so I thought maybe they were twist off. Well I can tell you no they weren't and in the process of opening the bottle of Coke it sliced my palm and pinky finger and I was bleeding g on the floor. When I went I to the men's room to clean up and try to get they bleeding to stop what did I find yup NO PAPER TOWELS I. THE MENS ROOM. So I had to go to the serving line to ask for paper towels in order to get my finger and palm to stop bleeding. Mean while my family is frantically cleaning the blood off the floor. It was not until we were almost finished ished when one of the employees cam and asked if I was ok and offered me a bandaid. So suffice to say it was too little too late we finished and left.

Hi, I’m writing about my experience at this location. I came around 18:20 I ordered my food and there was barely no white rice on the line, I asked the tortilla guy if I can get fresh white rice three times and he acted like he wasn’t listening to me and still served me this old and oily rice then I proceeded to ask for a side of tortilla and a side of honey and the manager told the tortilla person not to provide the honey, that is the first time I was denied a side of honey which I ordered in every location. The rice that I was served was very oily, greasy. Worst experience in a chipotle portion size awful.

We pulled into this Chipotle for dinner after seeing all our options, and knowing this one would be comfort food on the road home. It was clean and looked new, but it’s been here for 3 years. Husband loves Chipotle, but I’ve only been once or twice near home, and have always shared a bowl with Husband.Tonight we each got a chicken burrito. Mine was a little more adventurous as I added queso blanco to his order of rice, beans, chicken and shredded cheese. Michelle took care of us, and she was friendly and quick.We both enjoyed our burritos. They were good! I guess I’ll have to give our local Chipotle a try more often!

The steak tasted like dollar store steak. Rubbery and bland. The rice was under cooked. It was a bit hard. Very unpleasant. For the money I spent I am very disappointed in the quality. Never will go back and will just drive the distance to Gainesville. 100 percent lost my business and money.

These people are very nice, one lady has a disturbing tattoo of a ole Dixie flag however she still provided great service. I felt some kinda way but that rabbit hole I won't go in.The staff are all very happy and enjoy working there . I only like this and the Gainesville university Ave location. These are the best and cleanest chilpoltes ever

A special shout out to Emily, I only had a hundred dollar bill but they had just done their drawer I guess and didn't have the change so she pulled out her own debit card and paid for my meal ♥️? I can't tell you what that meant... I even said I could go down the street to break it but she said don't worry about it it's ok... I was at a lose for words... Thank you again Emily. I hope the holidays treat you well ❤️

This store provided the best experience I’ve ever had at Chipotle - the ingredients are extremely fresh, and the space was very clean. There was a new employee struggling with the register, and the manager and fellow employee were beautifully patient and kind to him. When I wanted to add chips after the transaction was processing, they comped them “on us”. Considering my comfort ability (lol), I asked for additional romaine - they were so accommodating. What a wonderful team!

Wow!!! I can't get enough of this Chipotle, food has been amazing and the service goes above and beyond. In specific I have to make mention of Paula Griffin she is the Asst. manager but boy does she understand what Chipotle is all about, ask for her when you go in, if not ask for Dakota she is awesome as well. Thank you chipotle staff, you are making the world a better place, one burrito bowl at a time ?
