Unfortunately My experience wasn't the best at this particular Location because of the customer service. This was my. First time visiting this location and I ordered my food and pulled up to the window. Unfortunately for whatever reason the ladies working had some type of issue with me that they refused to address. I Greeted the lady at the wind.Order my food, slick comments.Were being thrown around the work area Towards me and/or about me.And when I asked the lady to repeat what was said t. she didn't want to. Being that I don't even know who you are.I'm not sure what type of delusion you are under concerning who you think.I am, but, you don't know me and I don't know you.I would like to order my food and get the same customer service that everybody else gets. If there's an issue i'm all ears , please let me know and we can address it. I hate that I had to go out my way to leave a Bad review.Because of the way I was treat it without a cause.If there's a reason like I said, I'm all ears.I'm listening.Let me know what my issue is with ordering my food and why my food was slid across the counter as if serving me with such a displeasure. Like I said before I don't know Any of you, ladies and you don't know me either.I hope you can correct your customer service situition.And I hope you have a better day than whatever you had going on today.

The staff is so friendly, great start to my day! Lattes are delicious!
I have been to the Lake City location numerous times and I have not been disappointed! Their staff is very nice, helpful, courteous, and patient. Their chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is my go-to food of choice. Their iced dolce coffee is amazing! If they had indoor seating, I would hang out for a bit, but it's drive thru only. I don't live close enough to go every day, but when I drive by on I-75, I nearly always stop!

I’ve been buying from Ellianos for years now.. always loved their freezers but as of lately it’s been months on end that employees tend to rush orders out getting 8/10 of my order always wrong. Then when Ellianos decided to start charging for drizzle they literally barely put any in/ on the drink especially when I’m been PAYING for it to be in and on top of my drinks! Not to mention also when I pay at times for 2-3 extra shots of espresso there been times they forget to do so trying to rush people out. My drink alone at times cost me $10-$12! Just really wish employees would do better for Ellianos.
