I enjoy leaving positive reviews but this isn't one of them. My wife an I arrived about 1:00 in the afternoon and they were at about 60% capacity. Took 5 minutes to be seated. When we sat down we saw a dehumidifier beside the booth. I looked up and saw mold and mildew all over the ceiling above us around the A.C. vent. It was just nasty. They had no Coke so my wife ordered water. Macaroni was a side order that I requested, and it was brought in a bowl, because it was literally like soup. My country fried steak would be nice had it been smothered in gravy, but it was more like drizzled with gravy. Bacon was undercooked on my wife's order. It was a disappointment. The waitress was nice and attentive so I left a generous tip. After all the issues aren't her fault. Would be 5 stars in service but it took a while to be seated, and get some initial service.

Went here last week around dinnertime. One other patron was inside, which I found odd around 5-6 PM. The cook was mad about something after he received a phone call, but I as a customer don't have to hear him complain about it to me. The smell in the restroom was horrible. like wet dog or something and a hint of that smell was also in the dining area. I did only notice it in the main area once I went in the restroom. The food was good though. Perhaps they are understaffed and the restroom could not be cleaned in time, but it gave me a nasty feeling. Telling a staff member that it is not clean helps for the next customers, but not for me at that moment.

The customer service here is terrible. ESPECIALLY placing a TO GO order!! That’s why they have limited traffic in the restaurant!

After waiting far longer than anyone should at a Denny's breakfast finally arrived service was mediocre at best without the typical running by several times to offer top offs for drinks upon complaining the manager came out seemingly well overworked training a new cook but also claiming he had the responsibility of doing the dishes cleaning the toilets and a bunch of other things he gave us a 20% off coupon which I did happen to use but had nothing to do with making the experience any better

Our server was prompt and polite, and we even got a visit from the "chef," which was very nice. The food was as to be expected.
However, the first thing I noticed upon entering was the smell of the restaurant. The rugs, windows and doors appeared vacuumed and wiped, but they stank in the main entry and slightly throughout the restaurant. The restaurant looked vacuumed, but the restaurant definitely absolutely needed a deep cleaning. Our booth was dirty, again not with crumbs of noticeable food but with a bit of a grime, we moved to a table. Did not use the bathroom. It's a shame when a restaurant, especially a large chain such as Denny's, doesn't keep it clean! You can always tell if a restaurant is clean by the aromas. If the main area smells and is dirty, I don't want to think how the back is ... didn't stay long.

It was around 9 pm when we walked in the establishment. Was sat and it took a little while to have our order taken. Server came up and said it was her first night on her own after just 4 days of training. She is very sweet but timid. After another 10 minutes, she comes back and tells us that she can’t put our order in the system because the computer is down. She also said that the staff on duty were all new, and the scheduled cook walked out. And that the manager, who isn’t present, won’t answer her phone. They need help due to the situation they are in, and the manager isn’t answering her phone. That is UNACCEPTABLE!!! A manager should ALWAYS answer the phone just in case there are situations like these. We have now been here for 40 minutes and have not received any of our food! Who ever the manager is should be fired.
I never had an issue until yesterday I ordered off of Uber eats and we ordered food and we ordered some mozzarella sticks The mozzarella sticks were burnt and the ones that weren't burnt in the middle tasted burnt like the oil hadn't been changed and God knows how long I won't be going back here this used to be one of my favorite places not anymore
The service at this location was very poor. To get our drinks it took a while. After we received our drinks. We waited an hour and still didn’t receive any type of food. While the other table that got there after us had received their food and was even finishing up. This restaurant was very unprofessional with very poor service.
