First time I’ve ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts and for their price I was expecting better quality than McDonald’s, which is cheaper however to my disappointment, it was better to drive an extra 20 minutes to McDonald’s instead of spending time here. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was so bland that I had to put some seasoning packets in myself. I will never spend my time or money on Dunkin’ Donuts and will stick to a much filling breakfast at McDonald’s that’s also cheaper.

The cashier was really nice, friendly and welcoming and make my drink really well, however while I was waiting for my drink an employee making my food was cursing to himself and a few moments later I heard the employees say he walked out on the job. Overall a nice experience with the other employees, the cashier was really friendly but I feel that the other guy making my food is very unprofessional and is not suited for customer service. Would recommend only getting drinks because he set my croissant on fire and it was very charred.

Customer service was piss poor. Pull up to drive thru. Never once was greeted or acknowledged. After sitting for a while drove around to see 2 people with headphones. Went inside and asked if drive thru was closed. She responded rudely and acted as if I was a bother. They only had 2 other customers. I had a large crowd with me. Because of service we decided to eat elsewhere. Won’t be returning.

The food is fine but the service is dog shit they get the food to you but this place has always been kinda bad idk how anyone gives it a 5 stars I figured so close to the highway someone would have came down to fix it but I asked for the 6$ meal thing and they couldn't upcharge me for a large ice coffee seems crazy to me that they don't want to make money

ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN i've ever been to. Both of the employees working (there's only 2 in the whole store) are high out of their minds. I even saw one of them go outside to smoke while there were several people in the store and 6 people in the drive thru. I waited for 2 coffees for 15 minutes, I then saw one of the workers bump my order off the screen before I even had it. So I told him we haven't recieved it. He was also so high, that he didn't give us the happy hour deal. I've never experienced this at dunkin. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for a drink. The one that was reallt high was a white man with a dangly earring.

In the past month, I have stopped 2 times there. The 2 black girls can't keep up. They are understaffed. They have yet to add my drink 2 times now, but I paid for it. It's not the best dunkin, and the coffee roll is always 2 3 days old. Thanks so much!
