This is by far my favorite dunkin in the lake city area. Food is always fresh, coffee is delicious and the service is fast and friendly!

There is no stopping for coffee before work unless you have 40 minutes to wait in the drive-through line.. And forget about going inside to get service that’s gonna be even longer because the lobby is neglected of the drive-through.

Ordered 3 wake-up wraps this morning. The car in front of me was handed a bag, they opened it, went through the food, and then handed it back. When I pulled up, they tried to give me that same bag. I asked if that was my order they had just handed to the other car, and they said yes and that they were “going to ask if I was okay with it.” I’m sorry, but I’m not okay with another customer handling my food. That’s a basic food safety issue and shouldn’t happen.
They said they would remake the order, but not even a minute later they handed me another bag. It honestly felt like they just switched it to a smaller bag and gave me the same food.

I came with my kids all happy to get donuts and the lady says sorry I don’t have that to everything I asked for so I’m like let me just get some regular donuts!? This lady who works at dunkin donuts says I’m sorry we don’t have any donuts. What kind of crap is that? The donut store doesn’t have any donuts. Sounds like she’s spending more time on her phone instead of making donuts. People are so lazy these days so the company loses money and puts a frown on my precious kids faces Because she would rather sit on her phone and make some donuts it’s her job make the dang donuts. I hope her position is filled immediately with someone who will actually work and make donuts Dunkin’ Donuts. Never in my lifetime I’ve been to a donut shop that does not have donuts. I am going to go nuts.

The food was so so, the donuts cold cold, the chicken wrap was nasty .. had like an sos/soup inside .. didn’t look at all like the one in the picture . Overall a small hole in the wall as many other rural places.

I’ve never been inclined to write a Dunkin review until today! This location needs to be studied by corporate because all Dunkin locations’ should prepare their food the way they do it. It’s the first time I’ve ever had their hashbrowns actually be crispy (usually they’re more “steamed”) and if they were prepared like this all the time, they’d be the best hashbrowns out there, hands down! SO good- great flavor and texture. The bagels we ordered were also toasted nicely- whoever made our food definitely cares about what they pass along to the other side of the counter and I greatly appreciated that! It’s a quality that seems to be hard to find anymore and it deserves recognition!

Apparently because there is only 2 workers and the ovens needed to be cleaned was they could not make food and were only serving drinks. Just a little confusing because I've been to Dunkins with only 2 workers before and they still made food. If I was the owner I would be pretty upset losing all the food orders on a Sunday.
There was a long slow moving line and the employee made my order wrong 2x. I ended up throwing it in the trash and calling it a loss, having zero faith that they’d get it right the 3rd time and having no time to get a refund.

Been going for years. Tried to call 3x after driving through. No one answers, so communicating via Google Reviews instead. Was going to let manager know that the staff is always friendly, but the last 3 consecutive drinks through the drive-thru, I’ve had to pour out due to them being improperly mixed. I’ll give them a month and update review.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would’ve chosen that. I waited almost 10 minutes along with two other customers in the store and neither person behind the counter even acknowledged us. They both walked out and I asked am I going to be able to get a cup of coffee Anytime soon and one of them said we are in the middle of a big rush please don’t do that. You’ll just have to wait five minutes. I said no thank you, and started walking towards the door and she said Good go. So I thought I should let her know then after waiting as long as I did and trying to give them a chance, they responded with nothing but poor customer service, which I told them I walked down. I will never go to this location again and hope that you won’t either
