If there was an option for zero stars, I would’ve chosen that. I waited almost 10 minutes along with two other customers in the store and neither person behind the counter even acknowledged us. They both walked out and I asked am I going to be able to get a cup of coffee Anytime soon and one of them said we are in the middle of a big rush please don’t do that. You’ll just have to wait five minutes. I said no thank you, and started walking towards the door and she said Good go. So I thought I should let her know then after waiting as long as I did and trying to give them a chance, they responded with nothing but poor customer service, which I told them I walked down. I will never go to this location again and hope that you won’t either

First time I’ve ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts and for their price I was expecting better quality than McDonald’s, which is cheaper however to my disappointment, it was better to drive an extra 20 minutes to McDonald’s instead of spending time here. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was so bland that I had to put some seasoning packets in myself. I will never spend my time or money on Dunkin’ Donuts and will stick to a much filling breakfast at McDonald’s that’s also cheaper.
