Oh buddy, let me tell you. I went here to get some coffee the other day, and this guy named Andrew was working behind the counter. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical about his coffee making skills at first, but then I took that first sip. After that first sip, there was no going back, I was completely hooked. Honestly, Andrew made me the best coffee I've ever tasted, and he made it quick with the best quality you can hope for. I didn't even know that coffee could be this good. It was so good, in fact, that it completely changed my life. I don't think I'll ever look at coffee the same way again. I wish everyone in the world could experience this coffee that Andrew made so that they could understand how bad their coffee is in comparison. I'm telling you, man, I really just couldn't even believe how good this coffee was! This guy has probably made thousands of coffees to get it that good!

Been there 3 times. Every time I ask for this type of donut or that type of donut, I get the same two word response. "We're out"! Never any Bavarian cream, lemon creme, jelly filled, etc. I'm done with this establishment. It's just a coffee shop, in my opinion. Follow up. My wife put in she wanted donuts today and with much apprehension I went through the drive through after telling her they wouldn't have donuts. After setting behind another truck that eventually just left, after 10 minutes I pulled up an got a pre recorded message. After a while, the girl came on to take my order. 4 Bavarian cream, 4 chocolate, and 4 glazed. Her response was were out of Bavarian cream and glazed and just have 3 chocolate donuts. 3 CHOCOLATE DONUTS, in a DONUT shop. That's like a jiffy lube that never has oil. Absolutely never again. It appears the owner or franchisee never reads the reviews. Don't care how bad the wife wants donuts. I'll not waste another second or dime with this Duncan "were out" Donuts.

The Wren & Stimpy duo working 1/19 before close are a joke. They literally watched me pull up to the drive thru & closed while I was in line. She still had her headset on. The other sloppy looking mess locked the doors as I parked. If the establishment can’t stay open during posted business hours they should change the posted hours.

The location in ellisville Florida on 441 S., which is a Lake City location. I will not be back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I will drive to Lake City to go to Starbucks from now on. I order through the mobile app every morning seven days a week. I have tried to order a pup cup, but it does not allow you to do it. When I go to the drive-through I asked them to add it to it, or charge me for it they give me a hassle every time I go there just to get a pup cup, I do not care to pay for it. It makes my dog happy but after today I will not be going back that location for the last year has always change personnel. I’ve never had a problem till now.

This place is horrible the teenage girls that work here are dumber than a box of nails The cappuccino taste like they dumped it with Listerine and the egg and chorizo burrito had to have been rotten for days will not come
