i’ve been ordering my same order for a very long time now and never in my life. Have I had anyone make a drink this shitty. not sure if it was a mistake on the staffs end, but the drink was horrible and I would not come back here.

Encountered an extremely rude employee here at 9:45am on 3/15. My daughter and I went in to get 5 dozen donuts for a group of kids attending a fundraiser. After the employee packed the 5 dozen donuts, she yelled that next time we want to place an order like that we need to place order ahead of time because we were “holding up the line”. Her tone was rude and uncalled for. Took her about 5-7 minutes to package all of the donuts because we didn’t even request to pick them out and the only reason there was a line was a family of around 6 walked in together. She was also yelling at employees behind the counter in front of customers and seemed more interested in going on her break than working. Reported to corporate.

Asked for an ice coffee with mocha and cream. Repeated it a the window the woman was busy yelling at her employee's needless to say, that is not what l received. The sticker was right but no mocha and milk, not cream, was given. Will not be back to this location. She wouldn't even give me a recpit.

My daughter and I order 3 coffees.. was told to pull up to wait. Being that the drive through is very narrow, I decided to pull around and park directly in front while waiting for them to give us our order . I also didn't want to block the drive- thru. Time goes by and my daughter decides to go inside to check on the order When she did so. She provided the receipt and one of the employees noticed that our order was sitting waiting by the drive thru Window and one of them employees stated that the order that was waiting was for the idiots that just drove off...referring to my daughter and I. My daughter stated; when we were told to pull up to wait on our order we didn't drive off. We did what were told to do. One of the other employees stated as she laughed; oh we're just having a rough day. One being a customer you never know what day that, I might be having. 2 before calling someone out of their name you need to find out what's going on. I did not appreciate being called an idiot by doing what I thought I was told to do. I get it can be a little frustrating working under pressure and getting backed up. I could be understanding to that. I cannot be understanding when being called out of my name. All I was doing as a customer was being patient waiting and also trying to avoid from blocking your line for other customers to still be able to come through the drive thru and I'm being called an idiot And you think by laughing it's all supposed to make it okay because y'all are having a rough day cause you're behind from fixing coffee. Smh

I used the DD app to place orders for points. Long story short, I have had a few issues with the app. Krystal, the manager, was in store and explained that the app is 3rd party but did honor my order. It's nice when someone listens and actually offers customer service.

The manager hung up on me this morning as I questioned my card being used by an employee. I only used my card at Dunkin yesterday and it was used by unknown person last night. They are the only place I used my card all day!!! Never ever again Dunkin !!
