i’ve been ordering my same order for a very long time now and never in my life. Have I had anyone make a drink this shitty. not sure if it was a mistake on the staffs end, but the drink was horrible and I would not come back here.

Encountered an extremely rude employee here at 9:45am on 3/15. My daughter and I went in to get 5 dozen donuts for a group of kids attending a fundraiser. After the employee packed the 5 dozen donuts, she yelled that next time we want to place an order like that we need to place order ahead of time because we were “holding up the line”. Her tone was rude and uncalled for. Took her about 5-7 minutes to package all of the donuts because we didn’t even request to pick them out and the only reason there was a line was a family of around 6 walked in together. She was also yelling at employees behind the counter in front of customers and seemed more interested in going on her break than working. Reported to corporate.

Staff all talks ghetto, sorry but that makes me uncomfortable. I’m from Lowell MA and I’m sorry but a manager shouldn’t be walking around talking on the phone at 6am.
Asked for an ice coffee with mocha and cream. Repeated it a the window the woman was busy yelling at her employee's needless to say, that is not what l received. The sticker was right but no mocha and milk, not cream, was given. Will not be back to this location. She wouldn't even give me a recpit.
