We have been there couple of times, each time service has been terrible. No acknowledgement of customer when you are waiting to be helped, and whatever we want to order do not have it. Definitely would think twice before coming back

What a friendly & fun staff. Took my big family of teens/tweens & the gentleman behind the counter, Carter I think his name was, was just FABULOUS!! Really funny, messing w the kids. All in all, a great experience. Definitely will drive for this Dunkin!!

This is the absolute WORST location to visit. Full of so many rude and incompetent employees. I've had to have my coffee remade multiple times this week, and the attitudes that I've had to deal with TODAY ALONE is ridiculous. Y'all, cut your losses and go to Ellisville for Dunkin.

Just left their drive thru mid order. Not only were they out of most things I tried to order at 9:45 am. But they couldn't be bothered to tell me they were out of certain varieties when I ordered it. When you're asking a person what kind they want , saying oh, we're out of X and y, before the person orders is better customer service than they're capable of. Never had a good experience there, in the 3 years since this location became my local one.
If you enjoy your debit/credit card information stolen, by all means, enjoy. I went to the drive thru at this location before Christmas and the girl decided to take a picture of my card and put almost $800 dollars on it. She’s still working the drive thru at this location but nothing was done by the city police because the LCPD is a
