Just ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps for me and the kids and the egg was cold. Tried calling no answer. Coffee and 2 orange juices was not worth 22.69 wraps went in trash

I stopped by this location twice, and both times I received excellent service. On the first, I got a medium iced coffee that was made to order; I also got an apple spice donut (cinnamon covered with apple filling) that was filled and delicious. On the second one, there were 3 different servers, but still the great service: this time, I returned to buy their DD thermos they had (first time I ever saw one for sale), got a medium hot sunrise batch coffee and ordered a dozen donuts, a mix of boston creme and apple spice (all full to overflowing). I was very pleased by their quality-made coffee and good selection of donuts although I stopped in at 2 totally different times each day.

The BESTTTT DD experience we could have asked for. The employees had such awesome energy and were incredibly nice to me (special shoutout to the guys with the amazing jackets/sweaters... I didn't catch your names but you were AMAZE). Came in for a couple of coffees and some munchkins. Maybe it was a mistake, but a couple of extra munchkins made their way into my order... and for that we thank you! :)

DD is the bomb.! I always order 3 old fashioned donuts and a medium black coffee. I like other selections but being diabetic, I go no filling and no sugary topping. Yummy!

Asked for Double Chocolate and I got Glazed Chocolate. I know I should have watched and checked them before leaving but I shouldn't have to do their job for them. How hard could it have been since they're labeled.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been too! I live in LC and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but they're just plain lazy and don't know how to make even the simplest coffee requests. I had to have my drinks remade 3 times in one visit before they gave me what I was asking for. Note I ordered two americano's 4cream 4liquid cane sugar & two extra shots of espresso. Very simple drink but everyone's too lazy to melt down more sugar and would rather send you on your way crunching on dry sugar in an iced coffee after making you wait for them to 'melt down more sugar.' Absolutely ridiculous. Place needs shut down or a new manager. I've had an issue every-time I go.
Such a pleasant crew! We were greeted with smiling faces and lovely conversation. Witnessed multiple interactions with other people and saw the same.

Passing through.. Needing coffee@8:30 am.... Just off I 75... Easy to find... Clean, good coffee, and this place was VERY BUSY! But every person behind the counter was cheerful and pleasant ? and providing all customers with quick and prompt service. Good selection of donuts. Only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars... Ladies room need a little attention ??♀️
