Unsanitary, bought for 2 families we all got sick. Will never be back.
Loved it! Wonderfully sweet people run this food truck. Ribs and pulled pork were tender, juicy and delicious. Mango punch, yummmm and we've never even heard of Peach Crush.
We had the opportunity to try the ribs and the pulled pork egg roll at the Ribs on the Ridge event at Lake Eva park. We arrived late on the last day so we didn’t get their best results but we did enjoy the ribs. They were long thin and meaty. I felt the barbecue sauce was a let down though. The pulled pork egg roll was amazing!! A definite item to try. Ed gave my husband one of his best first place prize winning ribs that won the competition and he explained that the competition ribs had three rubs and a honey glaze. He ate it before I could grab a picture and said it was one of the best he’s ever had so I have to take his word for it!!
Over the years, I have passed by here and said that one day, I will stop. I stopped today and now regret everytime I did not stop. Absolutely delicious food and very nice people. These ribs are amazing.
I’ve eaten here a few times now and can honestly say that this is the best barbecue chicken that I’ve had in Lake City. I come and faithfully get the 2pc dark chicken plate with two sides.
I love the macaroni and cheese, the baked beans, the garlic corn, and the potato salad. I recently tried the peach cobbler and it did not miss.
They’re a small family-owned business, and the family is from Lake City so I love to support businesses like this. They’re only open two days a week (Friday and Saturday), but I guarantee you they sell out every day so get there early.
I brought a few of the rib plates to my grandma’s house one weekend, and the food was a hit all around. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’re in Lake City looking for quality BBQ chicken and ribs.
Parking: Small dedicated parking lot, unpaved but typically plenty of spots available

We've been trying to catch this food truck open for 6 months.I finally catch it open. And I'm going in on Friday.I order chicken because didn't have any ribs left and Potato salad and green beans and a peach cobbler.
They forgot the peach cobbler. Chicken was flavourful but dry. $23
Saturday we went back to get ribs and our other peach cobbler. And we got a slab of ribs for $36.We've got a rib dinner for a friend family that we were going over their house and we had to buy the size for the slabber ribs separate. Total bill for saturday $83.
My wife got sick Saturday night. Migraine headache, stomachache threw up several times and then finally went to bed. My son woke up on Sunday with a stomachache and a sore throat and he also had diarrhea. My daughter had diarrhea and my friend's son. Who's 6 also have diarrhea? And I have missed work today as I've been throwing up diarrhea headaches.
And just flat out sick!!!!!!
Love the people hate the food!! not only did I spend over $100. I was blessed with sickness and a loss of money.

This is a place to walk up and order your food and generally take it somewhere else. There are a couple of picnic tables if you wanted to stay put and they are in the shade.
Their barbecue is really wonderful! I also love their hot sauce although I have to mix it with some of the regular sauce or it’s a little bit too spicy for me. They have great ribs and great whole chicken, which comes nicely cut up in pieces.
Later in the afternoon, they are likely to be out of white meat if that’s what you want.
There are a couple of sitdown barbecue restaurants in this part of Lake City that have gone out of business so I guess the population just isn’t supporting that in that particular area.
So we have this more or less food truck that’s in the same lot and open every Friday and Saturday and I am grateful they are there . It is really good barbecue!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is not any. It is a flat lot though, and rolling up to the window would probably not be a problem.

Food is pretty good. Service is fantastic
The service was fantastic! Very friendly, super fast but come on? This is not a rib sandwich or the " Mestiest ribs" as on review stated. This is sad. I ordered a rib sandwich. This is 4 skinny ribs with 2 slices of cheap bread. Sorry but this don't cut
