Kayleigh, who took my order, outside in the cold, during busy rush-hour time, is the sweetest human, but I’m here to brag about her customer service. I love the fact that she not only offered me different options and variations of what I normally order, but she even made me aware of different flavors as well. I think that’s the sign of an excellent employee, that they give the customer an opportunity to try something new.
With this being a drive-thru establishment, I awkwardly had walked to the window to order since my car was being charged a block away. One of the girls saw me, grabbed the Clover device and walked to the window. She looked at me, put the device down and turned her back to me.
