Firehouse Subs Lake City Village Square

I enjoy Firehouse Subs but NOT this one. I have never had a bad experience at a firehouse until I found this one.

Ordered a large NY Steamer with fries and a drink. The drink is the only thing they got right, probably because I did most of the work. The sandwich had barely any meat. (If I want a piece of bread with one or two slices of meat on it I'll go to subway and ruin my day.) In short first sandwich at firehouse that sucked! The fries sucked as well they were hard and for a large, not very many. I asked for the sauce, they were out, but if I wait 10 to 15 minutes they will have more made. Pour management if they can't forcast something so simple.

They had seven people behind the counter working and it still took 18 minutes to get my order filled and not completely!
Very disappointing, I will make sure to never come back to this location.

Seems like with new management in the store the service has been so much better and faster. Food is fresh and high quality service.

Can’t seem to make a Hook and ladder with 4 employees after the lunch rush.

I placed my order at 1:35pm
I got my sub at 2:02

I used to work here, the standard then was 3-4 mins a sandwich. They fell off hard.

Because of them, I was late for work, and I didn’t receive the extra pickles I ordered that was on my ticket.

I ordered a medium NY steamer and a large order of fries. The sandwich .had no pastrami, mustard or italian dressing. Now I would've ordered the large sub but I wanted to try the fries. I get a phone call that the fry machine is down and offered me a 1$ cookie or 2$ brownie to replace my 5$ fries. Then the sub is the size of a hot dog bun. Which would've been great had i received my fries.

Foods good and workers are nice, but when i ask for chopped pickle on my sub its never done on the sub. Maybe im just living in the past and they dont do it anymore for contamination reasons.

Sandwiches are very inconsistent, but the service is usually pretty good.

Worst service ever... 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and only 2-3 people in line.
To add insult to injury, our order was COMPLETELY messed up. Wrong sandwich, missing items, ugh! Food is great - I've seen kindergartens with greater capacity as far as the workers go.
