This is no longer Frankie’s Place. We use to frequent Frankie’s and tried out this new ownership “Our Place”. Took an hour to get our food and prices have significantly gone up. $16 for a cheeseburger for example. My husband steak he ordered medium was extremely well done. Had waited so long for food we just wanted to leave and didn’t bother sending back. Got there at 8 pm and didn’t leave until 9:25 pm nearly 30 minutes after closing. Service was mediocre and server never once apologized for severe delay in food arriving.

Tried Our Place on its first day. 10/10. They had so much to pick from. The food was hot and delicious. Even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long for our food. The decor was great. Our waiter Jordan was super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a new place to try I definitely recommend.

Very disappointed, I had gone there once and it was great on my anniversary. Wasn't even that expensive. But I ordered 3 cheesecakes, 6 wings, 1 chicken parmesan, and 1 burger and it was $66.66 it was OK with me until I received my order, I only received 2 cheesecakes, no wings burger and sub and wing sauce. Food was cold. Had to reheat in airfryer. When I called about wings and cheesecake she said she didnt charge for wings only sause which why would I want the sauce w/o wings and cheesecake they said they would redeliver never did when we went 4 days later to go pu because we kept calling to check what the problem was they got an attitude. The manager was very unprofessional when we went to go pu cheesecake.

Overall, it was a nice dining experience, but their idea of cheese curds and mine are 2 different things. They basically chopped up a couple mozzarella sticks and put them on a plate, which I enjoy mozzarella sticks just got me a little offguard.

Great experience! Calamari was probably the best I’ve ever had, but when it comes to their cheese curds is where they dropped the ball. Ordered some and it was essentially just a chopped up mozzarella stick

The best Garlic knots...light and airy. And really good pizza. Plenty of toppings and cheese. We can't wait to try some other items

Just passing through and asked the front desk at the motel what's good she suggested Frankies I ordered the Buffalo shrimp and the tour of Italy I have to say it was very good not a little good very good next time I come through hear I'm definitely getting it again.

Quick stop in town didn’t feel like going out. This place was highly rated Perhaps they were busy? I don’t know Ninety minutes after we ordered crispy wings, pizza and a kids Mac the food arrived It was cold, the cheese didn’t move on the pizza. The fries were supposed to be crispy not burnt The wings em they were hard to bite, they were cold The Mac and cheese was like cheese soup For forty dollars we ate what we could because we were hungry salvage it by microwave but em I don’t know Dine in better? And the thing is the guy had a pizza bag!
