arrived around 9:30 on a Tuesday night it was very slow but the greeters were pleasant. the store was fridged, down right freezing with the outside temp sitting around 40, they had the AC ON! hubby order a dr. pepper, I ordered a makers and Pepsi. his was fine mine took about 15 min to come out and was as flat as the table. Took another 10 minutes to let someone know as they were throwing a concert in the BOH. ordered appetizers those came out cooked fine. ordered fish and chips...read full review
We had lunch today, and we noticed the bartender being a little rude to others, the servers were standing around talking, host was not at the front. With that said, our server was awesome (Lauren B) she was seating people, taking orders, and cleaning tables. I just hope management knows what a great worker they have in her. Not sure who or where the manager was but they need to do a better job.
Terrible service today, not even busy! Will never return.
