I had decided to stop by to pick up some food before going into work and ordered a super star, that comes with two paddies and cheese, the burgers were overcooked almost burnt, and there was a piece of plastic, like on a cheese wrapper, the management never received out to even after I called back to leave a message about what happened. Extremely disappointed in this place.

I just went by for lunch on my way to mcclenny. I ordered the double superstar combo no Mayonnaise. The lady at the speaker was very nice and got my order a 100% correct. The lady at the window was very polite nice And smiled the old time. I got my food and everything was correct and it was all very fresh and hot and tasted great. Even the Dr. Pepper was extra Amazing. Overall the lunch was amazing very hard to get at a fast food place especially in Lake City. 10 out of 10 Thank you

I went through there this morning and it was like 6:10 am on the 22nd of May they were making a big order but I sat in the drive thru windows for about 10 to 15 minutes waiting for a sandwich that had hair in it... 20 dollars later 10 minutes late for work just to open my sandwich to have a black hair and my hair is blonde so I know its not mine, this was a horrible experience not quite sure on who they had cooking but hair nets are essential when it comes to cooking food

I heard about good food at Hardes, and good service from the Venezuelan owner. I don't know if the business is still there. I hope to try the food soon.

Drive thru is tight for anything bigger than a car. Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are professional and friendly. Prefer this Hardee's over the other ones in lake city
Inside dining is usually clean. That's about all I can say. They cut corners wherever they can. That be anything they can save money on. They'd serve you a sausage biscuit from being under a warmer for 4 hours and sacrifice quality of products to keep from wasting it. Not only that. On the "super" biscuits. They're supposed to be double meat. One things for sure. They don't do that with the bacon egg and cheese. Only single layer. Caught it 4 times. If they make sacrifices over quality and risk losing revenue, then they'd sacrifice your health to save a buck. Never going back to this establishment again.

The customer service was disgusting!! The manager was rude. They messed up my order I just wanted a refund after the manager was so nasty. She started saying something in Spanish I kept repeating myself. She insulted me numerous times. I will never eat here again!!!! So disgusting
