Service got a lot better. Order comes out right. Best place in town! So good! Whatever they are doing it's working. Keep it up! We order here a lot and tip.

👎 I’ve truly never seen any Hungry Howies locations in bad shape, not until moving to this town. I do not currently recommend this location, until some major training occurs. They just can’t get it together 👎

I would rate this place highly, but am only doing this because of 3 reasons, 1 I received an email from this organization Spam folder that someone tried to hack before, 2 I would rate them highly also because of this, 3 it may negate the hacker from doing any more mal-intent if at all: possible

I had a 49% off coupon for any size pizza. I called up to order a pizza and use the coupon. I got told I HAD to use it in person. Couldn’t do it over the phone. I said alright, can I do it online? Was told no. I go up to the store after ordering and get told I had to use it online. Had to pay full price. The employees in store were at least nice about it but y’all gotta work on y’all’s phone service.

I just spoke with Ruthi (Lake City Florida location ) she was absolutely amazing! Not only was she Very knowledgeable and sweet , she was able to give me the best possible deal $ for my order which was very large , she made it seem very, very easy! I hope management is aware of having an employee that makes you want to spend the extra 10 to 15 minutes to get online and do a review!
Ruthi will be remembered as “The awesome chick at Howie‘s” and will be one more reason that I absolutely call your establishment to order the next time I want pizza!
Her pleasant attitude temperament and ability to deal with an annoying customer, lol which I know I can be. lol😬🤷🏼‍♀️😂 she handled everything wonderful and even if the food wasn’t amazing, I would call back just for her.
I have not received the food yet however it is always amazing!

Manager is the most rude I've ever experienced won't spend another dime there

Rude,lazy manager. Found plastic in pizza and all they could do was remake it. But no refund. How sickening. 0/10

Raymond is a very nice gentleman great customer service and he is there most of the time when I go to get a pizza he needs a raise for always being respectful polite and overall great
