We were first greeted by Whitney and then served by Melissa. Both were outstanding ladies to make sure you were taken care of. It was busy, but still had caring and cheerful serve. Food came out promptly and tasted as great as it looked.

Bone steak was as thin as sliced of roast beef, and to tough. Knife couldn't cut the meat. Coffee tasted burnt. One teaspoon was horrible. Pancakes 4 stars. Did not serve me water. Had to continuously ask for different syrup. $34 was totally waste of money. I won't ever dine there again.

Had a great breakfast at IHOP. I ordered the steak omelette with pancakes, and everything came out hot and flavorful the omelette was hearty and the pancakes were classic IHOP fluffy. My wife had eggs and pancakes, and she was just as happy with her meal.
Big shout-out to our server Shay friendly, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly without being overbearing. Solid food, good service, and exactly what you want from a relaxed breakfast stop. We’d definitely come back. ☕🥞
