We stopped in for lunch on a road trip - the kitchen was so dirty that we left without ordering. The employees were literally slipping around on the grime and trash on the floor.

Waited about 15 minutes after placing my order. It was lunch time so I understood why it would take longer than normal. After I was that only customer left I noticed the staff cleaning up. Only then did someone ask what I was waiting on. No one was working on my order. They basically just forgot, I guess. First and last time going to a Jersey Mike's.

Sandwich is great!! I ordered pick up and didn't check my bag. I wasn't aware that you had to get your own napkins because there wasn't any in the bag. Sandwiches are great but messy! ;)

3rd time got there order not ready. This time order not started. Their excuse we are short staffed. Only 1 other customer. Grill girl said see forget to look at orders

By far the worst jersey mikes ive ever been to, absolutely disgusting sandwich meat and the brownie tasted like chemicals. Do not go here

Went in for a quick lunch on Saturday. Was surprised how messy and dirty the place was. A couple was ahead of me, but they were trying to hash out an order with a third person over the phone, and asked the cashier to take my order while they finished. The cashier did not respond to them, and looked at me and walked off. I waited a few minutes for the cashier to come back, they did and still did not acknowledge anything. I waited a couple more minutes and left. The original couple was still hashing out their order, and I figured the cashier was too busy talking to the other person behind the counter to handle customers. Wasted 7 min, went across 90 to Firehouse. I will say this, Jersey Mike's did remind me of Jersey, rude and dirty.

I ordered extra meat. The server didn't charge for it and she was going to add it but she didn't tell the cook to add it. I clearly told her extra meat. Poor service

Pissed off!! First time the sub is swimming in oil and vinegar not edible! Second time order jalapenos and half the normal oil and vinegar i get no jalapenos!! Pathetic! Not just mike,s everyone is pathetic lately!!! Went there again and now my sub was made wrong missing ingredients jalapenos bannana peppers mustard all missing!!!! Also the tomatoes and bread were old and i got wilted lettuce!! This is what happens when you have stoned idiots working for you!! I will never be back!!!

It's not like the original Mike's Sub from Point Pleasant, NJ. It was dry tasting. Not much oil and vinegar.

The lady wouldn’t cook my lunch meat on the grill. She said it was cross contamination. Why does other jersey mikes cook it then. Plus the grill would kill all the germs. Way to discriminate against pregnant people who need the lunch meat hot.
