I ordered extra meat. The server didn't charge for it and she was going to add it but she didn't tell the cook to add it. I clearly told her extra meat. Poor service

Pissed off!! First time the sub is swimming in oil and vinegar not edible! Second time order jalapenos and half the normal oil and vinegar i get no jalapenos!! Pathetic! Not just mike,s everyone is pathetic lately!!! Went there again and now my sub was made wrong missing ingredients jalapenos bannana peppers mustard all missing!!!! Also the tomatoes and bread were old and i got wilted lettuce!! This is what happens when you have stoned idiots working for you!! I will never be back!!!

It's not like the original Mike's Sub from Point Pleasant, NJ. It was dry tasting. Not much oil and vinegar.

The lady wouldn’t cook my lunch meat on the grill. She said it was cross contamination. Why does other jersey mikes cook it then. Plus the grill would kill all the germs. Way to discriminate against pregnant people who need the lunch meat hot.

Placed a Togo order . Staff made comment in from of my daughter who picked up order for us "we think we messed up I put the same receipt on both bags " but didn't check the order before sending it out the door with my 10 yr old. 35 miles later to destination and it was a mess up. Well we called to let them know and we got you can come back up and we will make the same thing for free..... for free? Loyal customer that will not return. I paid for that meal. I also had someone pick it up as they came through and I can drive 35 miles back for a free meal? Too bad I only ate JM subs. And had to tell them to refund my money it wasn't even offered. ? sad. Horrible customer service.

Placed an online order on my wife's behalf for a sub with gluten-free bread (dietary requirement). The store was out of GF bread and did not call to notify - we only knew when my wife tried to pick up her order. The store employee claimed they were "too busy" to call, but the employee could have used the time that they would have taken to create the sandwich in the first place to call me about the order! Absolutely ridiculously terrible customer service, resulting in only disappointment and a waste of a stop off the highway.

What can I say. It's a sub shop.
THAT ROCKS!
I could not believe it. They knocked it out of the park. Best sub I have had in years.
I had The Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, Giant.
GREAT.
The music in the background and cleanliness of the store was perfect.
The two ladies working there were very nice. I was quite happy with the service I received.

If you are in Lake City Florida, and hungry, stop at Jersy Mike's.

I highly recommend this shop.

Had to walk out because the smell of the restaurant. The floors were filthy. I love Jersey Mikes and stand by it but this location was very disappointing.

SLOOOOWWW service. The employee manning the grill and the manager were bickering back and forth. Definitely not what I wanted to see/hear as I waited over 15 mins before even having my order taken.
