I got a steak and cheese. There was so much salt I couldn’t finish the sandwich. I had to wait for longer than one should have to. I took it to go and couldn’t return. It was very disappointing. Most times not a problem. But this was not good at all.

They do one thing and they do only that thing.They make subs.Price is above normal, options are below expectations, but everything you pay for is 5-star quality. Your belly 8s happy, but your wallet is not happy. I paid $25 for two sandwiches (one full-sized and one half-sized)

I returned to this location for the first time after a bad experience a couple months back. The Sub was very good this time and service was great. I can't justify the price though. 17.95 for a giant sub is more than most meals cost at a sit down restaurant.

This is the Second time I have gotten the Wrong order. Ordered giants each time and received small ones. When the person got there to pick it up 30 minutes past the pickup time it still wasn't ready and he was told their printer was out and they knew my name not my order. At this point corporate needs to do something. I am owed 2 giant subs between the 2 occasions I've been screwed over. CORPORATE get this store in check!!! Also phone number listed does not work.

The entire crew was extremely helpful I had to make an order last minute for my office's luncheon meeting and they took care of it without a problem it was done within 30 minutes. This group is amazing keep it up guys!
