I placed an order online to be picked up and I was given a pick up time of 7:55 PM. When I arrived at 7:55 my food was not ready yet. They said I have to wait so I agreed but I waited for 30 minutes for them to prepare my food. My food was given to me at 8:28 PM yet the app says my order was ready 15 minutes prior to that. I don’t understand their process or system but its really inconvenient.

I'm a regular once or twice a week. The chickens tenders for about the third time have been soooo over cooked, they are dry and hard to chew. My mom and I both have false teeth and we can't chew them. I'm considering not for me anymore. Price is not worth it for what we've gotten.

The slowest KFC I have ever been to like just shut it down if you can't figure it out I waited over a HR for a freaking 8peice meal wtf how do you not have chicken ready to go I'll never go there aging hell i might just go to poppies instead for now on

Friendly guy behind the counter offered suggestions for options. Food was hot and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself was way too cold inside.

Walked in to the store tonight and the only complaint is the fact that none of the employees, including the manager were wearing gloves even tho there’s literally boxes of gloves all laying around . The only one who were wearing gloves was the tall guy at the counter.
Worst fried chicken I’ve had in years. Soggy and oily, in a word, gross. Only good part was man at register, he was alright. Manager was not being very helpful to anyone placing order. Truly an awful experience and not cheap, 1/2 of my $40 meal in the trash.

The service we received was horrible yesterday, when my daughter went to pick up our food ordered online, the person who served her was a chubby white woman. We don't know her name, this was around 2 in the afternoon, we bought 3 orders online and first My daughter received 1 and then the other 2. Then, with this bad attitude, she told my daughter that she had already collected the order. He says no, ma'am, I picked up an order before, but I made two more orders, which are the ones I came to pick up, and the woman, with this only arrogant attitude, asks for the receipt to verify after having thrown out the food, so I had to prepare one for her. new food for my daughter, really, let's be polite and verify and ask first before making conclusions without doing the job well. Be a little more polite because it is not good for customer service.
