My parents. Just got home with Her to go order from KFC in Lake City and again, the order was not correct last time. They give us A 8 piece for a 12 piece this time. They put 11 instead of 12 didn't give us our macaroni. He ordered all dark meat and got 3 breast. They don't know how to count and they don't know their chicken

I ordered from the app and was met with serious disappointment when I arrived home and began making plates for my guests. I was missing 2 pieces of chicken from the 8 piece I ordered, missing a biscuit, missing a waffle, and coleslaw. Understandably, I was not impressed with the service and will not be ordering from the app anytime soon.
